I like this place, but the service from the lady at the counter is disappointing, especially when she pressures you to leave a tip. I believe tipping should be my choice. The atmosphere feels heavy and awkward, and she comes across as a bit rude (possibly the manager). The owner should consider providing training on better customer service. I can’t say anything bad about the haircut itself—it was well done.

Соглашусь с многими кто поставил 1. Больше не ногой туда. Это то что я получила за $250. Не аккуратный highlight и синие волосы. Стилиста зовут Венера если кто-то захочет получить такой highlight и тонер.

Terrible, I am surprised people even go to this place. I sent my son to do haircut after school. I regret this decision now. The hair was cutted uneven, so unprofessional, from the side it looks like some drunk barber did a haircut. Have to take him tomorrow to the PROFESSIONAL place to fix this mess. Waist of time and money. Stay away safe your self.

Худшее место. Качество работы оставляет желать лучшего. Администратор откровенно хамит и вымогает чаевые. Но после такого обращения еще и посоветую всем своим знакомым обходить это место стороной.

Когда пришла сказали $130.когда закончили заявила что я должна $200.+администратор ногло требует типы 20% .как будто ето обязанность.очень наглая невоспитанная женщина.теперь этот салон буду обходить стороной.несоветую это место.

Прочитав много нелестных отзывов об этом салоне, немного усомнилась: ну, не может быть, что там все так печально. Живу недалеко. Решила записаться по телефону. По опыту знаю, что лучше стричься в тот день, когда немного клиентов и небольшая загруженность. Потому что, когда мастер уставший и спешит из-за очереди, не всегда получается нужный результат. На мой вопрос, когда лучше мне прийти, чтобы было не много посетителей, администраторша просто рявкнула в трубку: « Мне что всех разогнать, чтобы никого не было?» . Я просто опешила от такого общения и, попрощавшись, положила трубку. Как правы оказались бывшие клиенты этого салона, написавшие, что туда они больше ни ногой !!!

I would like to leave a review for this salon. I really liked the service! They accepted us without an appointment, the woman administrator met us very politely and arranged everything so that we were served. Professionals work here. My son got a great haircut. And they did a wonderful coloring. I liked that it was fast, high quality and inexpensive! I recommend to all!

It's all about who you get. First time i got a cut there, it was fine. Recently went back, got a different hairstylist (I believe "Rita") and told her i literally want the same cut already in place but shorter... not that complicated. Practically crying since i got home and actually realized what she did. she cut way too much hair, made the whole top portion of hair so much shorter than the rest (this is not the 80s!) And i have no way of salvaging it! Ridiculous and will never go back. Avoid unless you know exact stylist you go to and have recommendations.

The worst experience. I wanted to do blonde, I come out looking orange . They even made me tip, like why force me to top even when they did a horrible job. The crazy part they freaking charge me $193 for full highlight which wasn’t even close to what I wanted. I legit cried when I got home. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE BY HERE. Rate 0/10 . They even washed my hair so aggressively. I really don’t like this place .

Went there to refresh my split ends, since my hairdresser who I always go to was on a vacation. They ruined my bob haircut, did layers and left pieces of hair looking out of the top ones. Had to wait for my hair lady to go back to fix it and had to go super short to get rid of those layers. Not ever going back

What a horrible place. Went to get a blow dry. Had to wait 30 minutes even though made an appointment. Explained to the stylist how I wanted my hair done, but she did something completely different. Had to go home and redo it all from scratch. Lady at the front wanted to charge me $45 and made lame excuses when I pointed out that posted price for a blow dry is $35. She was super aggressive and rude about the tip. Complete waste of time and money. Their unprofessionalism and rude attitude is mind blowing. Avoid like the plague!

Rude rude rude people! I went in there for a gel manicure and was asked to wait for 10-15 minutes and that’s understandable as I didn’t have an appointment. While waiting I noticed atleast 2-3 manicurists just hanging out on their phones meanwhile I was asked to wait. I waited for 20 minutes while everyone went on their business and finally walked out without any acknowledgement from anyone! It was almost comical that a business didn’t care for ‘business’ from a customer! I wish I could give them zero stars!

Today was a loud reminder why i shouldn’t come back. This salon is within walking distance from my house , so very convenient. The hairdresser is great, the Big But is the super unprofessional nasty rude owner. Completely inappropriate and disrespectful. The charge was $70 plus I leave $20 tip- as if I went to some high end salon to get a root touch up only. When I looked suprised at the total - she slashed me with rude comments. NASTY PERSON who should not be given any business. This salon only sustained by older generation of Russian Elders - she simply doesn’t care or know how to accept new clients with gratitude and respect. Thanks for reminding me how terrible you are. Unacceptable Behavior. I will report to BBB.
