*Edit* initially reviewed 5 stars for value and service. My wife and I went for pedis the first week of Jan. It seems they are too busy for the amount and quality of techs. When I showed up, my feet needed to be exfoliated terribly, and my two big toenails were pain-free. The nice old female started our feet and had the main female tech (only one working) work my big toenails/ cuticles. While this is always painful, she severely inflicted unbearable pain trying to dig out the sides of my nail from the cuticles. If that had ended fixing it, instead of worsening the condition of them, I would have been ok. It's been four weeks, and I am barely, just now able to wear footwear all day without severe discomfort and my entire repertoire of shoes. I have had to flush my right side at LEAST once a day and apply antibiotic ointment with a bandaid. Still not even 100% healed. My feet were not even smooth and exfoliated enough. Worse pedicure experience of my life, hands down, bar none. My wife went today, 30 Jan 2025, for a gel manicure, eyebrow, and lip wax. The same aforementioned tech performed all services. The manicure was rushed, and the end of nails were sharp and not filed at all, The massage portion only included hands (not arms as all other places have performed in the past). She also missed coverage of edges and corners with polish. Regarding the lip and eyebrow wax, waxing procedure. It resulted in blisters, swelling, redness, and bumps on lip and right below eyebrow, despite wax not being excessively hot. She went home, noticing the situation, and went back to the salon. Upon communicating and showing the tech (same one) she attempted to respond in a flippant manner, as my wife was overreacting. After the mail tech came to check it out, initially attempted to downplay the severity, until my wife directed him to actually pay attention. Then female tech advised she had a remedy, "medicine" and for my wife to head back to the waxing room. The female techs remedy appeared something akin to petroleum jelly. Not until the very end of the entire encounter when applying said "medicine" were the words uttered "I am sorry"; let alone any mention of a partial or full refund. We are not cheap, and are willing to pay good money for good services. Not the type of people who always try to get "a deal" or services rendered for free. Save yourself, your wallet, your comfort and pain level, and find somewhere else to go. And.... when you do, we sure would like to know about it....

My first visit today was great, their service is gentle, very professional, friendly and courteous, and intuitive (I picked the wrong natural color, but Ms. Nu knew exactly what I like🙂) Highly recommend this Salon 👍

I had an exceptional experience at this nail salon! I shared my concerns, and the team listened attentively without any pushback on what I wanted. They were simply amazing! This is the first time I’ve visited a nail salon and truly received the services I paid for. Everything was quick, and the deluxe pedicure was incredible! I’d easily give them a 4.0+ rating. Highly recommend checking them out! Just go!

I tried this place a few years ago and they had terrible customer service. I needed a pedicure and most places were booked. I decided to give this place another chance and I was very pleased. I found out that there is a new owner and it has made a huge difference. The new owners are very professional and take their time. I received an amazing pedicure. I will definitely come back again.

I’ve been going to this salon for over a year now and I would not switch at all. The owners are husband and wife and they are so sweet. The wife is the one who mainly does the nails, but the husband helps when he can. She is super quick and always does an amazing job. I’ve never left unhappy. There is a wait sometimes, but it’s always worth it when I see the finished product. Affordable pricing and overall a great experience every time. Even with picky customers they handle themselves very well. Again, I wouldn’t switch salons and I’m certainly not planning to anytime soon.

I decided to get my nails done for the first time in a while for my graduation, and these ladies were so nice! I’m very happy with how my nails turned out and the prices were pretty affordable ($120 for volcanic pedicure + full set of nails)!

Great service and prices! I got their volcano pedicure for $50 + $15 Gel. The ladies were wonderful and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

I came here by chance the first time for a polish change and I fell in love. I came in today for a pedicure and OMG the BEST pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I got the volcanic one with gel polish total price was…are you ready…ONLY $65…super affordable and reasonable!!! Most places here try charging $100 if not more. Not only were they professional and friendly but they also took their time. There was only two in the shop when I was there but the way they worked together was amazing 💜I can’t wait to come back again!!! Thank you!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽💜💜💜

I'm not sure where the negative comments came from but everyone has a different experience. This place is so underrated! I love how the shop is full of family and the vibe makes you feel so relaxed. Staff is super friendly and does a great job at doing what they do. I will definitely recommend this place and will travel all the way from the west side to get my nails and toes done. They do android/apple pay as well😍Thank you for such a great experience.

This place is amazing! Went in to get a pedi and they really took their time. Very relaxing, and I really like how they worked on the pressure points on my feet. Very clean and the massage chairs are very fancy. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Good prices also! Will definitely be back.

Took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done. My daughter only needed a re fill with a change of color. Her friend was getting a new set short, same size as my daughter and she charged each $55 and when I tried to explain m daughters was only a re fill it shouldn’t cost that much, I paid $30(at a diff nail salon)for her first full set and that it was too much , she wouldn’t budge. So she charged my daughter and her friend the same when one was a re fill and one was a new set, short nails for $55!? It’s a rip off, the place was empty NOW I know why! Do not go here!

I love Lee she did my toes. But the man here is horrible. This girl didn't like her nails from him. She asked if he could file it down more. he straight up said no she has to wait til her next fill!?!? I will never go to him. Thank god it's his last day. Go to Linda for your nails. She is the owner here

I went here two weeks ago and asked to do ombré with a black tip. He told me he couldn’t do it because something about the nail showing? He advised me to do all black with glitter and I should have left right there. I asked to do coffin since I don’t like the wide nails and didn’t even file them for me. I also broke two nails which never happens to me since I work from home using a computer. I came because it is close to my home but will be going to a different one.

I went to this salon asking to have my acrylic nails soaked off and to have dip powder done. Two ladies sat me down and immediately starting prying off my acrylics off with dirty nail clippers. Even after I asked them why they weren’t soaking off and said ouch numerous times, they continued. It wasn’t until I was literally pulling my hands away that they got a bowl to “soak” but really then they just took my hands out again after a minute and continued prying them off. Then the one who would be doing the manicure said that basic cuticle care isn’t even included in the already outrageously expensive price tag. I stopped her right then and said I would be leaving. I regret staying as long as I did and will never recommend them.

Went in showing a picture of the set of nails I wanted and the manager and his wife did a great job! Super friendly staff, felt like a friend was doing my nails.
