This is the only place I get my nails done, they are always so nice and welcoming. Never have any issues and the pricing is very good! I get designs on my nails almost every time, I can never decide which set I love the most because they are all so amazing each time. Highly recommend Linda!!

Very disappointed in the manicure my niece received today. As you can see, the index finger is VERY crooked. When she told the manicurist, she said “no it’s not” and basically ignored her. She also had a specific design in mind which was one of the red nails pictured should have been green. She showed her the picture and she said “no that’s not right” and again ignored her. We usually have a good experience but this will steer us clear from this business in the future.

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I came in specifically for polish only, as my nails had already been shaped and prepped at another salon. Despite clearly explaining this multiple times, the nail tech proceeded without addressing my request appropriately. When my nails were finished, I was shocked to see they were poorly done, with visible dirt and hair embedded in the polish. I was charged $30 for just the polish, which is far higher than other salons I’ve visited. For reference, I went to my regular salon and got high-quality work for just $15. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. Quality, cleanliness, and attentiveness are essential for a positive visit, and unfortunately, this location fell short in all three areas.

I had the best pedicure I have ever had here, it was very relaxing and they really took their time. I also got my nails done and they turned out great!

I went in for a pedicure and manicure. The man who did the pedicure was awesome. Then I went to get my manicure and I think the lady was Kim and she asked me what I wanted and I told her and she was putting powder on my nails and I kept asking her why. She didn’t do that manicure like trimming my cuticles back or anything. She kept dipping my nails and I kept asking why. All I wanted was polish orange and white. She didn’t listen to anything I said. I asked her why she didn’t do the manicure and no answer. She grabbed a sharp clipper and cut me pretty bad on my fingers to the point I was in so much pain. So I went to pay and they were charging me for the dip I didn’t ask for. However, I talked to the owner and he took it off. She also kept petting my service dog with her feet. I was not pleased and will never go back. I felt like I was being scammed.

I went to them to get my nails done for christmas & I asked for short French tip nails. They did the complete opposite adding snowflakes & a complete different color than I asked I even showed them a inspo picture. they charged me 75$ for something I didn’t ask for then a few days later the nails started to pop off they didn’t even make it to Christmas

Their organic pedicure is excellent! They were friendly, hospitable and were thorough and did a good job. They’re also clean and use new tools on each person.

I've had pedicures at 5 salons in 4 states over the past few years, and NEVER have I had so much pressure to upgrade to a gel polish! (I never do - basic pedicures have always lasted 5 weeks.) This woman informed me that if I didn't spend the extra $15 for gel, I'd "be back in 2 weeks with chips. With gel, you get 4 or 5 weeks!" She was right about one thing: less than 2 weeks later, my nails are quite chipped. She was wrong about another: I will NOT be going back there! Update: I went to another salon to redo the chipped up pedicure & the nail tech there was horrified at how short the person at Beauty had cut one of my toenails - just one, oddly enough. More confirmation that this is not the place for my future pedicures.

I love this place. Linda does am amazing job with acrylics and design. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Since she started doing my nails, I've not gone anywhere else. Highly recommend! ❤️

Very impressed, from the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted and a beverage was offered. I then had a mani and a delux pedicure done by Mina, which was awesome!! I will definitely be back!!!

Beauty Nails is fantastic! They are all always friendly and happy to see you. I’ve been a customer for almost a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Linda always does a fantastic job no matter what you ask her to design. Highly recommend.

Do not go here. The technician I had was extremely rough, digging into the sides of my toes and nail bed. Seemed very inexperienced. I had to ask her to stop hurting me. Unsure of why she did this, because I never had ingrowns. Unfortunately I have now developed infections in both toes and have to seek medical care. None of my symptoms were present until I received this botched pedicure. Not to mention, the gel fell off of some of my toes that night.

Went for Dip Powder manicure and this was by far the best manicure I have had since moving back to Knoxville. Anthony was wonderful...I definitely found my go to salon as it is the best in South Knoxville and very clean. .I strongly recommend this fine establishment.

Such an amazing job!!! I had Anthony and I absolutely loved my experience with him! I wanted basic and he didnt try to convince me of otherwise like most places do. He took his time and made sure I was happy with it the entire process through! Deff making an apt with him to go back!
