I have been visiting Beauty Nails for almost 20 years!! They have always taken such great care of me and my friends. *I go for routinely eyebrow waxing and mani- pedis. I have seen great results from their customers with eyelashes, acrylics, etc. They take walk-ins and appointments.

One of the techs was so pushy. She asked me multiple times if I wanted various, more expensive services after I'd already said no. It made for an incredibly awkward experience, especially when she'd switch languages to speak in a snarky way to another tech (who would respond similarly) every time I said no. It's very obvious she was insulting me over and over again. I feel like if I say I want a specific service and that's all, nothing extra should be almost forced on me! She even asked me "why?" Because I was sticking to a budget and that should have been respected. I tipped and I really shouldn't have, especially since the work itself was barely even mediocre. The shop is old, super outdated and not the cleanest. The service wasn't that great. I'll never go back and I don't recommend anyone else to.

Was very pleasant. They welcome me as soon as I walked inside. Ask me what I wanted, and then proceeded to a booth. Everything was clean. Very nice lady took care of me. My feet were very appreciative. Will definitely go back..

Horrible experience. She picks and chooses whose nails she wants to do. They also make up prices as they go. I’ve never paid fifty dollars for a simple full in and polish change. They have also committed credit card fraud on one than more occasion. They have charged my card twice days later authorized for an higher amount after I already paid for the service. Do not go to this business it’s not worth it

I got a dip powder manicure and my nails look lumpy. 😔 I also left the place with the dip powder all over my hands.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I got a powder dip manicure and it started chipping 2 days later and consequently my nails also peeled and chipped off. I usually get 3-4 layers but the lady insisted on only doing 2 layers. It cost more than my regular place and was the worst quality imaginable.

Este lugar es orrible me hicieron unas uńas de gel espantosas la muchacha no me corto la cuticula de las uńas solo las midio las pego las medio limo pinto y listo y de los pies ni ablamos igual de feas apenas sali del lugar la pintura se rego y si me cobraron 77 dl es muy caro y muy mal trabajo les recomiendo no ir Yo por mi parte jamas volvere

Very long wait after being told 10 minutes 4 times My nails are a complete disaster. She insisted I get "long nail' (later find out $5 extra also) so I wanted them rounded. Crooked is what I got. She didnt bother to even paint my whole nail and the acrylic has bubbles and holes. I was very disappointed

KIM is the worst ( owners daughter in law ). If the owner tells you to never go to KIM because she is lazy- DONT GO! I had my nails done by the 3 “techs”and all are rude! Kim did my nails and told me to pay extra 10.00 because they have a better/stronger acrylic. After 2 days 2 nails popped off. I revisited the shop and explained to Kim what happened. She replied.. “that is your fault.. everybody say it’s me... I tell them no it’s your fault..... Need I say more. Go elsewhere!!
