My experience was very basic the service was not that great and they didn’t do a great job with their customer service. They only cater to certain races. Not very good place for manicures and pedicures. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends. They did not treat me well and they talk negatively about their customers in their language. It’s not a very professional place. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Too high for a basic manicure and pedicure!

took me right in for a walk in pedicure for a saturday afternoon even though they were busy. they offered water and the massage chairs are amazing. my lady did an amazing job with my pedicure and massage.

They keep changing the menu for me when I go in and because I’m so tired I don’t pay them no mind I give them the lowest rate they need to stop changing the menu keep it the same .

Full set Pedicure was not a great experiences at all actually the worst I ever had Way over Priced and they try to get over like if they you never went to a nail shop before they’ll just keep adding prices to whatever they said they could let paying $100 for something that I know I could’ve gotten anywhere else for may be $75 at the most

My wife went in for a regular manicure and they asked if she wanted the gel and she said no. Mind you, she was adamant about not wanting the gel - they still charged me for it. So instead of paying 18$, I was charged 30 bucks. The man who did her nails was extremely rough and did not even know how to put on nail polish. He cut her cuticles so badly that she was bleeding. During the hand massage, he was super rough causing her pain long after we left and he took off her bracelets without asking. He should not be working here if he does this badly at doing nails.. at a nail place. Afterwards, we complained about her service and they blamed her for not telling one of the workers sooner?! Yeah... we will not be coming back.

Went to get both of my kids nails done. The wait was about 5-10 mins. The lady in front had my kids looks at the colors which kept them occupied while we waited. While doing my oldest daughter’s nails, my daughter brought up it was her birthday the following day (the reason why she was getting her nails done) and the lady gave her 2 free designs ! It was so nice and special for my child. I will definitely be comming back !

Got a mani/ pedi. There was still nail polish on my toes as if I painted them at home.. My nails came out pretty but with many flaws.... If you look at them close up you can tell. I ended up liking the color but it was not the color I had asked for. I thought maybe she was applying a lighter color first because I had picked a deep blue green color. My nails are also not shaped well and some aren't all the way to my cuticle. It looks like my nails have already grown but I just got them done. The gems are crooked as well 😔 Won't be coming back to this place

I walked in I had asked for a full set I stood around for like two minutes without being informed of anything if I was supposed to sit down and wait or was I supposed to go to Empty seat then I proceeded to sit down I showed the lady an image of what I wanted she told me she couldn’t do the design and I told her that’s fine I just wanted a French tip I let her proceed on to the work and I specifically had told her I wanted square nails she then started filing down my pinky finger and started making The shape coffin when I had told her I wanted nails square so then I just reminded her and I was like oh I’m sorry I wanted square nails this is when everything started falling apart I don’t know if she got mad because I wanted square nails s when she took off took off the Square nail she then proceeded to file the rest of my nails square but she looked irritated…. I didn’t say anything I continue to watch TV and then things got worse and when she started applying acrylic I noticed that on the fake nail on the she proceeded to add so much acrylic on the tip and right there I knew this was not right then she started Drilling when she started drilling down my nails I had told her that I had pretty big bumps on my nails and I was like can you fix It the she started getting even more irritated because I had told her to drill them again because they were not looking right Then I let her proceed there I knew that my nails were not gonna turn out the way I wanted them to turn out so I let her finish the French tip she added diamonds on them but so far that was my worst experience there I have a gone there five times so far this fifth time and last time was the worst experience ever I have dry acrylic all over my nails bumps everywhere white nail polish under the nails it’s just crazy!!!!!!!!!!!

They were super polite and friendly, I was sure I was going to go back until unfortunately my nails started falling off after 3 days. A little over a week later they are all off. Super disappointed. I also felt bad about not being able to tip because they only accept cash tips, and I didnt have any at the time. Now I know that they wouldnt have deserved it of I did. Don't waste your time.

Very kind staff and place was clean but my nails only lasted a week after paying 97$ 60$ for nails and the rest was for my feet,my feet look good but nails didn't last 2 weeks as i was expecting at the least,they wete busy and the lady kim kept getting up and stopping to help customers wich i understand but definitely think that effected the quality of my nails we stopped like 7 times lol probly wont be back,give them a chance but dont expect your nails to last 2 weeks like i did...
