Don’t be fooled by the high ratings. I wanted chrome gel and they did not do it properly and the nail polish started chipping after 5 days even though they’re gel?? The nail techs shaped our nails unevenly and the “almond” shape we asked for was more of a round shape & they did not clean our cuticles properly either. Then when we provided them feedback about uneven nail lengths, they got mad at us. Overall a bad experience and it was pricey considering their poor treatment.

Went here because I saw the great reviews and decided to check it out since it's close by. Honestly terrible experience. Asked for a gel manicure and a pedicure, pedicure turned out great and I liked the lady who did it (wish I caught her name). Gel manicure was terrible. The lady was insulting me the entire time and saying that my hands/nails were too small to do or that they were too short and no one could do them. Which is simply not true since I've been getting my nails done my whole life. They're a pretty normal nail length. She then got an attitude when I said I didn't want acrylics because I'm trying to take care of my natural nails better. She did a terrible job painting them and they honestly look a mess. I've done a better job doing my own nails. When we were done I paid but definitely didn't tip which I know she was not happy about. All in all bad experience.

I love this place! I came into the spa yesterday morning to get my eyebrows done. It was my first time visiting this spa and they made a great first impression. My technician "Patty" did amazing work on my brows🥰 and she's VERY friendly. I can't wait to come back to get my nails done. 🫶🏽 Thanks Patty!!

Great local nail salon! The prices are super competitive and their schedule is pretty flexible. I've often gotten appointments same day. Definitely my favorite nail salon in the Cap Hill area. PS: they also do a great eyebrow wax!

Ask for cost prior to service. Deceptive by using # instead of $ for hidden charges. Over charges for subpar work. I've gone twice. 1st time nail polished chipped off on two nails while on vacation after two days, due to the way nails were filed. 2nd time, the nails looked thick and not femimine. Too many excuses.

The salon owner and her technician got into a screaming fight over who would be allotted more of the tip left by the customer before me. They also shouted at the customer, each demanding that they should get more of the tip. I was so uncomfortable that I left before they could get started on my service.

I was traveling through and she got me in same day. I was stunned with how beautiful my nails came out!! I'll see you next year when I come back!

One of the best experiences I have had at a nail salon. She did beautiful acrylic nails and was extremely careful and precise. Not crazy expensive but worth your money. I absolutely recommend this salon

This spot looks hidden and unpretentious so I was shocked when I walked in and met Patty and got these thin flawless acrylics. She just whipped them out and didn’t even have to drill them down after at all! You can see I photographed them from many angles because I was so surprised how thin and perfect they are. Patty was very friendly and kind and she took good care not to overdrill my nailbed or cuticle. While I was there, another customer loudly complained about their very reasonable prices. Is this a swanky spa with cucumber water? No. But their skill level is incredible and I noticed they are honest with customers if they are busy, too. Edit to add new pics of another great set ❤️‍🔥

I just moved here from CO - the service and the price at this salon were WAY better than any I had in CO. Honestly, this was the best pedicure I’ve had in years. 5 stars!

Amazing experience today at Beauty Nail! The owner, Patty, started my full set manicure while Han did probably the best pedicure I've ever had. Efficient, kind, gentle and thorough!! 10/10 recommend!!

Finding a good nail technician is hard and as much as I’d love to gate-keep, Patty was so amazing I can’t keep it secret. Best nails since I’ve been in Seattle. She takes her time, listens and when I asked questions she helped educate me :) I like my nails on the thinner side and close to cuticle. I do want to note that THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR CHEAP /LOW QUALITY NAILS. You get why you pay for in terms of quality, the salon is unpretentious and you’re paying for the quality/style of nails, not the atmosphere. I haven’t been happier with my nails and Patty was so patient as I constantly was indecisive, despite not taking her advice initially, she was still patient when I changed my mind and went from dip to acrylics. I’m always nervous and weary with a new technician and acrylics but once she started I could see how much better her work was compared to others. My nails are even, polish and acrylic close to the cuticle (hate when I get my nails done and it looks like I have growth already when leaving the salon) Nail bubbles? Don’t know her. Also nails pictures have an amazing glow in the dark top coat ;) Highly recommend! Doors are locked but walk-ins welcomed though I’d make an appt. Parking in safeway parking garage.

This shop is owned by Patty and she and another woman do all the work here. Happy to support a local small business, and she does amazing work! Friendly, no frills, and low key/relaxing experience.
