The customer service is phenomenal especially with the administrator Ksenia. She is very warm and welcoming and is always willing and ready to help. She does a phenomenal job washing the hair and does an amazing massage. Lena the hairstylist is the best stylist I've ever had. She does my dye job, my blow dry and haircut and she creates the most beautiful hair style that you can never forget. I am astonished every time. She is truly a stylist from God. I am so thankful that I have her as my stylist.

I had facial done by Oksana and without exaggeration after her treatment 10 years lifted off my face. I was offered coffe and the whole atmosphere was calming and inviting. I loved it so much that I made appoitment to have a massage by Nadia. When I came back for the massage it left me so rejuvenated. I recommend this salon with both thumbs up.

I booked a massage and a trim for the first time at this salon. The massage with Roman was outstanding, a solid 5+. I relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was pleasant as well. They adjusted the appointment time to be as convenient as possible, which I greatly appreciated. However, the haircut ruined the entire experience at the salon. I originally booked a trim to remove split ends. When I sat in the chair, the stylist cut a significant chunk of hair and then showed me the already cut strand to ask if it was okay to cut that length (which was already cut!). It was not a small amount. Since hair can't be glued back, I said it was okay because I don't like to cause a scene. Then came the hair drying. artist dried the ends of my hair about 10 times, but the roots remained wet. The straightening was also limited to the ends. It felt like I was asked to be trimmed by a beginner or someone who usually handles other tasks. And the final straw, at the reception, I was told that the price would be for a full haircut, not the trim I had booked. I was shocked. I came for a trim, they cut off half my hair, and charged me for a full haircut. Thanks! It's upsetting that the positive impression from the massage was overshadowed by this disappointing ending. In general, my advice to those reading this review: go to Roman for a massage, but trust your hair to another place. _____ Записывалась на массаж и на стрижку кончиков первый раз в этом салоне. Массаж у Романа 5+. Расслабилась и получила огромное удовольствие. Сервис тоже приятный. Подстроили время записи, так чтобы было максимально удобно. Это ценно. Но стрижка испортила все впечатления от салона. Изначально я записывалась на стрижку кончиков, чтобы убрать сеченные волосы. Когда я села в кресло, мастер отрубила кусок волос и показала мне уже отрезанную прядь, чтобы спросить ок ли, если она отрежет (уже отрезала!) такую длину. Которая была не маленькой. Но так как волосы назад не приклеишь, я сказала что уже ок, потому что не люблю устраивать скандалы. Дальше, сушка волос. Корни не подняли, о фиксаторах для волос не слышали. В итоге высушили кончики волос раз 10, а корни остались влажными. Выравнивание утюжком тоже ограничилось только кончиками. Сложилось впечатление, что меня попросили подстричь какого то начинающего мастера в салоне, или вообще человека, который занимается другими обязанностями. И в конце вишенка на торте, на ресепшине мне сказали, что цена будет как за полноценную стрижку, а не как за стрижку кончиков на которую я записывалась. Шок. Пришла подстричь кончики, отрезали половину волос и попросили заплатить за стрижку. Спасибо! Обидно только, что впечатления от массажа испортились таким завершением услуг. В общем, совет тем кто читает этот отзыв. Приходите к Роману на массаж. Но волосы свои доверяйте в другом месте ;)

Dasha did an amazing job with my nails(pedicure). This what I was looking for here in Brooklyn, because usually they promote manicure and pedicure for an hour which can’t be done properly. Dasha did everything with attention and proper manner. Just fantastic.

Extremely poor service. This place has a difficultly accepting customer from different backgrounds basically they discriminate against people from different cultures. They can create a such rule to refuse you a service. Manager is very prejudiced against people from different backgrounds. Manger discriminate against people based on their culture and religion. Extremely rude people. Would not recommend anyone to give them a business. Discriminating is NOT acceptable in USA.
