I get a lot of compliments on my hair after Mercedes performed her artistic touch giving me a much needed makeover. I've been going to her regularly since. She has eyes for what looks great. I love the cut and the color blends she gives me. I'm told I dont look my age and I do feel young. Her pricing is fair but with great results. Mercedes is gifted in her hair art. She really knows what she's doing. I love the razor cut she gives me and she has never disappointed me. You'll walk out feeling lovely once sgain. She's a lovely lady herself. Because she takes good care of herself she'll take good care of you too.

My hair perm relaxed at the bottom half but stayed curly the top half. For $80.00 I won't ho there ever again. Conversation was nice tho and it was relaxing and clean.

This is the only place I trust to cut my hair. Mercedes always does a great job, she is the best. She is also very kind and always knows how I want my hair to look.

I have fine blonde hair and Rosa was able to cut my hair perfectly and it matched the photo I showed her. It's so hard to find someone that doesn't leave blunt cut lines in fine hair. Rosa is FABULOUS!

I've been going to Mercedes for over 9yrs!! She was the only stylist that was able to get my hair in shape and to the length that I wanted. She's great with coloring, takes her time to get the job done right!! My daughter's and granddaughters go to her. I recommend her to all my friends. Mercedes is a very kind, generous person and doesn't have a rude bone in her body. Thank you Mercedes for saving my hair 😚

Mercedes is the best, most professional person I have ever met. I drive an hour each way to have her do my hair. Tried someone closer to me and after a year went beck to Mercedes. She is not rude as another reviewer suggested. Please remember there are two sides to every story. You can't believe everything someone puts in reviews. The person has never dealt with Mercedes in her salon, she is the one that was rude to Mercedes and her husband. They approached her to get business cards that they had gotten before from the place she worked. She argued with them and said she couldn't do what they wanted. Mercedes said we'll do whatever you can, she still couldn't do anything for them. They left and went to another location with the same company and got it done with no problem. She then posted this nasty review about Mercedes. What ever happened to The Customer is always right?

Mercedes is the most amazing and professional hairstylist I have ever had the honor to know. She has customers that come specifically to her from as far away as El Paso. She can do anything with hair and stands by her work. It is hard to find a hairdresser that you can trust implicitly in this age of "haircuts on the go". Mercedes is one that can be trusted. I can not sing her praises enough.

Extremely clean. Walk-ins welcome. Mercedes is a nice person and a great stylist. All stylists are knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this salon.

Mercedes is absolutely amazing at what she does. I drive from the middle of nowhere in Marana to see her, about an hour drive, and I've been doing so for at least a couple years now. I'll never go anywhere else! She takes her time with my hair (she's a master at razor cuts!), and also takes the time to get to know me. When I saw the negative review I just had to put in my two cents.. sounds like there's another side to their story that they're not sharing, because Mercedes has never been anything less than respectful in her dealings. If you want a fantastic haircut, go here!

The owners of this store are incredibly rude people. During our conversation the owner, the woman I assume was Mercedes, and this gentleman that was with her verbally harassed me and insulted my intelligence. These people need to learn that outside their store they are representatives of their business and I will do everything in my power to ensure that my friends and family do not receive any of their services. I don't want anyone I know associating with anyone of such low moral character.
