Called Monday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday, the lady over the phone confirmed it with me. Showed up at the confirmed time and waited 10 minutes for someone to greet me. She looked confused as to why I was there, when I said I had an appointment she said she would call the person. 30 minutes of waiting around to be told to come back another day. Unprofessional and rude.
