I have been going to Raphael since I was 10, he is one of the most professional hairstylist I have met and he is always able to not only fix anything I have done to my hair but has also always made sure I leave the salon happy with my hair and my wallet The care I see him give all the elderly ladies that come in makes me surprised to see any negative reviews, in the many years I have been a regular customer I can say I have never seen anyone leave unsatisfied in his work or his customer service

Had a consultation with Raphael and a cut! Known him for a long time. He always has a way of fixing my mess ups with my hair. There is a sign in his salon that says, "this is a comb, not a magic wand". Well Raphael himself is the wizard!

I had the worst experience w Raphael. I am a senior citizen who has been locked in due to the pandemic. I was looking forward to getting my haircut finally but Raphael was upset with me because I would not get my hair colored, he had slotted extra time for color even though I said I only wanted a cut, so he mean spiritedly chopped my hair up. My hair is so short, and my bangs were cut to my hairline. The cut looks like he was blindfolded when he did it. Sadly he deserves a zero rating and any one who is unfortunate enough to have him as your stylist BEWARE! I will never go back there. What a nasty man.
