Me and my thug shakers went in for a nail appointment and the whole time I could hear a adult man screaming "Im bouta cuuum" in the back. When they finally finished my nails they came out more disgusting then a homeless person.

Went in with my homies and kept getting weird looks by this tall black man and he asked if we wanted to become thug shakers. We went in for waxing and they did a terrible job, this is the result.

I have been going to see Suzy for all of my beauty needs for five years! She is amazing at all she does and is very professional but very down to earth and friendly. She is amazing at hair coloring and styling and she’s the only one I let cut my hair and do my nails! She is quick and efficient and will fill your time with her with laughter and great services! 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an AMAZING experience with Suzy today. Not only did she deliver, she exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated that she took her time to love on my cuticles— that’s a lost art form in and of it’s self! My nails look amazing, but what set the experience apart was how I felt when I left! She gave me the BEST leg and foot massage I’ve EVER received. One session with Suzy has forever changed my pedicure standard! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Do not walk. Run to Beauty Reflected.

I hired Suzy to do everyone’s hair for my wedding in April! I love her versatility and professionalism. At first I just went in for my trial hair, but after talking to her and learning about her other services I decided to try her eyebrow waxing and tinting as well. I have never loved my eyebrows so much!! They are perfect and I couldn’t be happier. I am now going back for a hair cut and color along with my day of wedding hair and many more eyebrow waxes and tints :) definitely go see her if you can.

I love going to Suzy!! She cares about the health of your nails. When they do come off my nails aren’t destroyed. She does them so well! I wouldn’t got o anyone else for my brows either. She is detail oriented with them and shapes them perfectly. Suzy is fun to talk to and visit and the one on one salon studio and experience is worth it!

I had a very bad experience that i never encountered before. Why it need to be this hard for to make one appointment of nail service that i bought from Groupon.Suzy first needs customer service skills and learn how to even talk to customer let alone be running the business alone. When i first tried to make a appointment which I took a day off for. She texted me that day and said she wont be able to take me as i didnt confirmed in both email and text, which i did. I just went to another salon paying full amount as it was my bday that week. Again made a appointment after 2 months as I already had Groupon. Went on Saturday at 1 and i agree I Was few minutes late and confirmed her i am coming from 50 min drive and trying to find her salon. Got there at 1:10 and she was standing outside the door with an angry face when i was going to sign the documents she said she cant take off my nails that i already have and she said i need to come back. I don't think that make sense or should have told me earlier. I canceled everything and went out the door and without any apology she slammed the door on my face . Never experienced this in my life . If you dont want to take Groupon customer just dont advertise. Just worried about her time and not others. Not sure why are you even in business My recommendation, never ever use this business specially Suzy , she is rude, impolite and lacks every aspect of customer service skills.

This is better than going to a big salon cause everything is personalized and she focuses on just you. My feet feel and look amazing after my pedicure! Also during COVID she is taking extra precautions and sanitizing everything and wearing a mask.
