Amazing facial services! Stephanie is a gem! Not only is she friendly and personable, but she takes time addressing each individual's needs upon every appointment. She uses high-end products that come in a range of options for each skin type. My mother, myself, and several of my friends have been visiting her for years and every appointment is amazing and leaves me wanting more. If you haven't checked her out, get on her books and you'll never regret it!

I have been a client of Stephanie's since 2005. She and I first met when she was with Charles Grayson, and since then, I have followed her wherever her services are offered. She is the only person I have ever felt comfortable with and completely trust to do all my cosmetic skin care treatments and services (e.g., facials, eyebrows, etc.). I have had a regular appointment with her every 4-5 weeks since 2005 and for more than 10+ years, she and her husband/office manager (Kevin) have been consistently professional in their customer service and exceptional in the quality of treatments and services provided. She is lovely to work with. Her demeanor and personality is kind, patient, thoughtful, and meticulous. She is in high demand for good reason, and she is absolutely, no question, worth the wait.

Stephanie (my service provider) and Kevin(the general manager) have consistently met my expectations and more! Not only do I receive a great service every time but also experience a high level of professionalism from all the staff. I have been a client of Beauty Renew since August 2016. I have always found Stephanie to be very knowledgeable about skincare. She also takes the time to understand what's important to you overall as a client. As a result Stephanie was also able to connect me to someone to help me with my nails. Kevin has always been very professional with me. He has been flexible when I need to change my appointments. One time when I accidentally forgot my appointment, Kevin took the initiative to call me to make sure I was ok and to schedule a new appointment for the one I missed. The environment is very clean and very relaxing.

When I first came to Stephanie, I had severe sun damage to my face after years of not using products that would protect my skin. Now, with a monthly visit to her spa and a daily regime of recommended products, I am very happy with the way my skin looks. I have been going to Stephanie for almost 3 years for eyelash extensions and couldn't recommend her more! She is so precise with her work, professional, on time and so friendly and kind. I get compliments on my eyelashes almost every week. Kevin who runs the office is excellent about scheduling the correct amount of time for refills and has turned me on to some excellent Image SkinCare products that are 1/2 the price of Skinceuticals but my account just as good.

This business did not inform me that the price would be different than previous appointments. I had been going to get peels at this business for over 3 years and I was very disappointed when they gave me a different price at the end of my peel but never disclosed it before hand. I was never even told what kind of peel that I was receiving so I had no idea what I was getting. When I expressed my frustration with the price difference, the manager, Kevin Reed verbally expressed that I was not welcomed there anymore and should go somewhere else next time I need a peel. Very unprofessional especially since I have referred people to them over the years.
