I've been getting my lash extensions done at this salon for over two years and couldn't be happier! The space is immaculately clean, and my lashes always turn out perfect. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a reliable place for your lashes!

Part of me wants to gate keep this hidden gem location, but it’s really too good to not share. I’ve seen a few service providers at Beauty Rule and they were all wonderful, but Rachel is truly in a league of her own. Her work is twice the quality in half the time. I honestly don’t know how she does it. I don’t want anyone else to touch my brows and lashes ever again. Thanks Rachel!

They answered the phone promptly. They were able to fix an awful set that I already had from another establishment. The pricing was comparable for the area. I was given good info and offered products on site for purchase to care for my natural looking beautiful set of lashes. Thank you so much

I’ve had two amazing experiences here. My mom and I had eyelash extensions for the first time. We got lots of help figuring out styles would work best and great information on how to prep pre and post. The lashes came out looking so natural - because they attach them lash by lash. Highly recommended.

I had my lash extensions done by Rachel today- beauty rule 70. They are exactly what I wanted: natural with a hint of wisp. I appreciate how she broke down cleaning and caring for the lashes to make them last longer. Bonus: great conversation too 😊 Looking forward to going back for more things. The place has a great vibe. I had a facial done a few months back by Cheri. It was also amazing.

I've been seeing Cheri for body conturing and I could not be happier with the results! Cheri is an absolute gem and such a pro. She thoughtfully listened to my body concerns and we talked through the best treatment to achieve the results I was looking for. And the results have been amazing! In addition to being incredible at her job, Cheri is so kind and funny. I had lip filler and botox by Dr. Madarang, and was extremely satisfied. She is a highly skilled and a wonderful person. She is kind, caring, listened to and addressed all of my concerns, explained everything in detail. I highly recommend her to anyone who is considering injections.

I originally came in for a lash lift with Ally I am SO HAPPY with the results. Ally is super nice and easy to talk to and while talking I mentioned I was interested in getting a facial so I ended up getting one with Ally (different person lol) suuuper relaxing and my skin was nice and glowing. Ally was also super easy to talk to and recommended some skincare products that I can’t wait to try. In short this place is worth your time and money :)

I spend summers in Portland for work, and so naturally, I started looking around for a dedicated lash technician for whenever I’m here. I was very impressed by the owner Cherie (who is very sweet and accommodating)’s work, based on Yelp reviews and results on instagram, so I decided to give her a shot last week - and I was not disappointed! I ended up going with a light volume lash fill, as well as a quick IPL laser facial to treat minor redness on my cheeks, and she even threw in a permanent silver anklet (look at that adorable heart chain!). Beauty Collective is a full service salon, and I will definitely be returning for all my beauty needs in the future. Cherie and her team provide medical grade facials, filler and Botox, lashes, and even permanent jewelry. Loving my dainty little heart anklet and natural volume lashes!

It took me a while to find a good lash place and technician when I first moved to Portland and I'm so glad I found Rachel at Beauty Rule. She does a fantastic job and ensures that my lashes always look great. She recommended products for my over all lash health that have really worked. I enjoy her company as well, we always have a good convo and some laughs.

I’ve been getting monthly facials with Ally for almost a year now and WOW. She’s the best! I’ve had such great progress with my skin from the treatments and Ally is great at making sure my home routine is also doing work. She’s also just a total doll and joy to chat with during the treatments. 11/10 would recommend!

Saw good review and decided to try this place. Overall, friendly staffs and technicians. First time, the technician spent about an hour for a new full set and 45 mins for two weeks refill on my 2nd visit with different technician. The retention of the lashes was very disappointing both times done by different technician here. The set looked good the same night and would start falling daily without my natural lash attached. By day 6, less than 15% remain attached. The only comment I received the 2nd time was to upgrade the set for fuller look. I have been getting lash extension since 2018 and usually do refill every 3 - 4 weeks as needed at other places. Plus, I was never offered 10% off as new client first time despite their site advertised. After two tries and $345 in a month, I will not return.

THE only place to go for your lashes and all your beauty needs. It's easy to see why I've been going to Cheri for almost 8 years now! From the second you walk in you will see why. The place is absolutely beautiful. You will be treated like a best friend you've known your whole life. They always go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and are comfortable. You will always be offered something to drink, and asked if you need anything at all. During your appointment you'll be made as comfortable as possible. If you're cold there's a blanket, if you're hot there's a fan. You're technician takes the time to get to know you and your lashes. They make sure you get exactly the look you want and stand by their work wholeheartedly. The cleanliness of their tools and facility is unmatched. I have sensitive skin and eyes, and in 8 years I have never had a single problem. They always use the best quality products. My lashes always last in-between appointments. I love that they are always learning and expanding their knowledge and services in the beauty industry so I know whatever beauty needs I might have I am always taken care of here with the most skilled and knowledgeable people.

Ally at the beauty rule is amazing. I have seen her for many months now for facials and microneedling and not only is she super professional, I see serious improvement in my skin. She is also just so fun and makes the experience relaxing and enjoyable. She is honestly the kind of person you want to be friends with and at the same time, treat all your skin issues. I had a lash lift and tint here a couple of months ago and I really liked it! It was a quick and easy experience and the lash perm lasted for quite awhile, too. I would absolutely get them done here again. Now I'm tempted to get eyelash extensions!
