Bate and Switch. In full disclosure, I found this salon through Groupon. When I arrived for my appointment I was told my Groupon would not be honored because I have sewn-in hair extensions and to have my hair curled would be nearly $200 (I have shoulder-length hair) Also, she never asked if I had extensions when I made my appointment nearly a month in advance. I explained that I was on vacation, without my hair tools, I had dinner reservations, and no time to find a new salon, and the owner basically said "pay it or get out". Strong arming customers into paying outrageous prices and taking advantage of customers on vacation is despicable. I visit Vegas monthly, trust me when I say there are more reasonable, better quality salons nearby. I absolutely would not recommend this Company.

Gina was very friendly & generous with her time explaining the different ways to style my hair. She was never pushy & always recommended styles of my preference. Love my new haircut and how she styled it made it easy for me to maintain. The salon has a very relaxed atmosphere & people like Gina made it a great overall experience.

Gina was a magician with my hair. She cut them with a lot of thought and technique. My hair gained so much volume after the cut. She also gave me wonderful tips to style them on my own. Really worth the price! Gina I hope you get to visit India someday since you love our culture and movies so much!

Hanna was amazing! She read my mind and she listened to what I wanted for my ideal style. She asked all the right questions and gave me really good suggestions for products for my hair type. Best hair stylist and quickest hair styling for my thick and long hair! Fastest hair cut and drying I’ve ever had with the best quality!

I highly recommend this beauty salon. She did an amazing job with my hair and makeup. I lost my phone somehow in the store and Hana found it and mailed it to me in Iowa. She went above and beyond for me. Thank you Hana for taking the extra step for me.

I went to Jelessi Beaute Bar for a blowout while in Vegas for a concert and walked away feeling like I got robbed. When I scheduled the appointment, I asked about the cost of getting a blowout and was told it would be $90-$150. While it seemed a little steep, I didn’t mind, assuming the outcome of my hair would be amazing and match the price. The shampoo was fine, nothing special. Then came the blowdry and styling. The stylist (Hanna) said that she couldn’t give me the volume I asked for unless she trimmed a layer into my longer hair, so I said that it was fine if she needed to do a little trim. She failed to mention that she would charge me an additional $200 for said trim. Because there is no price list anywhere, I didn’t know until it came time to pay. $150 for the wash, blowdry, and style PLUS $200 for the “haircut.” I ended up paying $400 after the tip (because I’m Minnesota nice and couldn’t NOT tip), and my hair was flat within 3 hours anyway. I honestly probably could have styled it myself just as efficiently for free.
