Wow solo wow, mi esposo y yo estamos encantados, con los precios, la atención y el trabajo. Me hice un tratamiento de keratina, y mi esposo un corte, llegamos más tarde de lo acordado y asi nos atendieron al máximo. Mi estilista sobresalió en todos los aspectos para que mi alisado quedara hermoso y así fue. Y incluso cerraron 2 horas mas tarde por nosotros 🤍.

Muy mal servicio fui a me me isieran un alizado de cabello y q no me duró nada ase poco yeve a mi hija a q me le isieran el cabello y q fatal me le qedo todo descolorido y lo más peor es q al yegar disen un precio y ya luego le aumenta pague 420 dólares por el cabello de mi hija pero no qedo como quería

Have been trying to get an appt for months. My mom also tried to get in touch with them and nothing. I sent them msg on fb, IG and tried to call to get an appt, left vm and nothing. Could not even get information when I asked information about some services. Update: after they saw my review they finally responded one of my messages, asked me when I wanted to go since they were available almost every day; I asked them for a day and guess what? they ignored the msg again. Lol! That was in May 3 so I really wanted to give them a chance and I was open to change my review, but definitely would not put my money here.

Just went there today to get a haircut and I’m amazed with the results. I’ve been a customer there for years now. They have friendly staff and now it’s under new management so they’re making even more improvements! Definitely would recommend!!

Very friendly staff, the atmosphere is nice and comforting. I’ve been a customer there for years and, although it was great before, now under new management it’s even better. Over the years the stylist’s have developed new and improved methods/ techniques! 10/10 recommend!!

Super frustrated, my first time here was GREAT. The daughter of the owner had bleached my hair to a good level 8 blond in just two processes before she dyed my hair a wonderful dark color of grey. That was back in 2016, came back again in June of 2019- seems that the daughter doesn't expertise in hair cutting any longer, and rather takes clients for waxing- nevertheless, I attempted to sway the main owner of the salon that I have more confidence of her daughter processing my hair but yet insisted she herself could do it. I'm outraged and hadn't noticed until a month later, July now, how uneven the blonde is in my hair- there's so much orange left. The painting of the fade technique was so unclean and messy of streaks. My bangs has a straight streak going across of the uneveness of the blonde. She was so rough on handling my hair, constantly pulling and tugging (at one point yanking my earing off from brushing my hair so vigorously). She used 4 processes of bleach and yet my hair remained orange yellow, like.. if it were gonna take that many processes...it should have been platinum blonde at that point. In addition, that my hair was severly damaged that I could not brush through it, having to take initiative to get keratin hair masks and coconut oil to treat my hair. I know if you are to bleach, you're risking damage to your hair- but come on, this is suppose to be a professional salon. The lady never gave me the estimated cost for the bleach in the beginning (I asked only for her to changing subjects), never told me it would take 4 processes- racking me to pay up an expense of +300, plus +%20 tip that wasn't even worth giving, whereas with her daughter it was a near $200, but with two process of bleach and the dye of grey plus haircut with little damage to the hair. I'll add photos to show and compare the daughter and the owner's work, and you tell me what's good. My hair is mad dark, I know- which is why I recommend I come in sessions, which I would have been fine with but owner insisted we get it all done in one day- only leading her to rush and leave me with this corncob, flaky hair. My dude, I even called days before to set up an appointment only to come in on said day only for her employees having to call her to come in because she thought I said I'd come in an hour later than the time I scheduled for. Unprofessional. Owner said to come back a month from now (July) to get a bleach wash and the dye for almost $200. I'm taking the matter in my own hands and finish it myself. Make sure you know ask for the final price, who's going to do your hair, and if they're even knowledgable of what they're doing (owner had to ask daughter which toner to apply if she's trying to achieve a grey...). Not coming EVER again.

En agosto fui a que me hicieran un permanente. Me dejaron una hora con el químico y la sra todavia me puso en la secadora por 20 minutos más. Le dije desde el principio que no lo quería chino solo un poco ondulado al ver q me tenia por mucho tiempo le decia lo mismo y me dijo q tenia 18 años de experiencia. No vuelvo más..
