I went to that location so I can do my eyebrows however the lady was insisting to do my sideburns I had explained to her many times that I had a bad experience with it before I was getting married that was 3 yrs ago I had broken out into rash and a lot of itching she tells me let's just try it and I will guarantee you you will be fine so I gave in and I absolutely regret it I broke out again with rash alot of itching I don't know if I should call or email them about the situation and try to resolve it

Don’t come to this place !!!!! I had told my mother to try this place since we always do our shopping at H-E-B and also because she was looking forward to getting her eyebrows done butttttt she regretted coming here so much she was so upset because the ladies screw up her eyebrows and they did unfortunately , they waxed more than they had to and she told me that hey also put her like some strong scent on her eyebrows that she couldn’t take off even after showering im not sure if it was and oil or something to clean her but she will not be coming back here anymore I feel so bad for telling my mother to give this place a try but now we now and we won’t make the same mistake twice. I’m leaving my mother’s experience here so in case other people think they might do a good job on y’all they most likely won’t ; so I hope her experience helps others by saving the trip of coming or calling here.

I definitely love this place, they never let me down especially nysa & Lilly. They are my two favorite people to ask for whenever I come in.

I've always had a great threading experience here. Today, however, I was pressed for time so I opted to thread my eyebrows and wax the rest of my face. Eyebrow threading went well as always. I noticed when u sat down that there was already a popsicle stick in the wax bowl. I didn't think much of it because maybe they just want to have it ready. However, halfway through my wax i turned towards the wax bowl and noticed the lady was dipping the same stick i to the wax over and over again! And when I left, she put the same stick back in and left it there (presumably for the next person)! 🤢 I called the manager, Sara, and she graciously accepted my feedback and said she would address the situation with the employee, thankfully. Hopefully they will get this fixed and I'll hear back from the manager about this. This place is very convenient for me and I'd hate to have to find some other place to get my waxes.

Since I moved to San Antonio 4 years ago I’ve been going here but the lady who used to do my eyebrows is not there anymore, for the second time today the lady that is there now took half of one of my eyebrows, it seems like she doesn’t know how to measure the eyebrow and the nose part, now I have to wait until my eyebrows fully grow again, I’m going to find another place to do it, not coming here anymore.

I love coming here for threading my eyebrows and upper lip. I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful. The ladies are super friendly too! They always offer package deals I love to take advantage of. Their lash serum works pretty well too!

Please don’t go here. The lady was terrible. I looked in the mirror and she ripped off my skin near my skin. She kept pulling the wax off my face by dabbing the cloth over and over again. She didn’t use the single strip a section. It was a terrible experience. After years of coming here I no longer feel they have properly licensed professionals.

The threading is ok ,but my mother put some eyelash extensions and they've been burning her eyes so dont recommend for extensions

This was my first time visiting this place needed eyebrows filled in, horrible job seemed lady just used a sharpie, she had to redo left eyebrow again and said once I get home clean it with water, last time I visit this place

I go all the time and take my daughters as well because I like threading so much more than waxing but this is the last time I will visit the Valley Hi location because the younger lady with long hair is very unprofessional. She seemed annoyed to have to get off her phone to work. She was in such a rush she started threading before I could close my eyes and lost some lashes. She cleaned off my brows in such a hurry some of the chemical dripped into my eye. This is probably the first time I didn't leave a tip.

There is a young lady who seems very mean. Every time I get her she over plucks my brows and makes me cry from pain. I get it. It's supposed to be somewhat painful but this seems almost deliberate. 3 times I have gotten her and I keep hoping she'll do better next time. I just got a very unwanted chola look. So unhappy writing this review. Last time
