Horrible horrible customer service been going there to get my eyebrows thread for like 7yrs since its the Heb I go to The new owner as she said she is is very rude I've seen her there a couple of times and she looks like she's in a bad mood 😒 She even left my eyebrows messed up Idk what's her problem if you have a business you should always be nice and respectful When Monica was the owner she was always real nice and I never had problem. I will no longer go there because of this women 😡

I paid $75 for the removal of a 4mm by 3 mm brown spot in December. It is February now and I still have the brown spot and I now have an indentation and a brown spot. The result is a scar. I do not recommend the brown spot laser removal. They created a bigger problem for me.

Try their beauty products. They are really effective and won't mess up with your rosacea. I went there to have a laser treatment for many skin spots and others. The treatment is very effective, but I needed a full month to fully recover (my skin is very sensitive and fair). Prices are right.

When I first walked in the girl was very welcoming and she did my brows told her I like how they were I just want a clean up then she offered color for my brows I respectfully said no thank you then she asked if I wanted to buy the product for brows I respectfully said no again once I paid I said thank you and she didn’t say nothing which I found pretty rude and bad customer service that’s why I didn’t tip her . Maybe next time the customer service will be a lot more better . Plus I’m not satisfied with the way my brows look 11.00$ wow !!!!!

Love this little mini salon. Been coming here for a couple of years now. Gotten brows threaded , henna , and even lash extension removed and small skin tags Lasered off. Ladies have always been so sweet and gentle while taking their time with all their clients. Reasonable prices and Also constantly see them cleaning and sanitizing area.

Did not like it, this lady left me a line of eyebrows.. I didn't see until she was done..I don't have any eyebrows, now I need to let it grow..😞 sorry but I don't recommend it..👎

You can tell the before and after. She said she "only cleaned them up". Even if she has left a few hairs behind that would be great. She said "they'll grow back". How could this lady be touching ppls eyebrows? And worse she doesn't apologize or try to do anything about the mess up.

Eyebrows done affordably and well. The woman that did mine does them really fast and it's pretty painless. They dont have a lot of staff on hand at the moment, so it's best you make an appointment or you may have to wait while someone else gets seen. It seems that they offer a lot of services.

I usually get my eyebrows threaded sometimes I’ll get a full face threading. Either way, I’m very satisfied after. My eyebrows always look good! Except this one time, there was a younger lady working there, she left my eyebrows super thin. I just stay away from her. But the other lady’s do a really good job. I take my son there to get his eyebrows done. They do a really great job too. I’m thinking about trying a lash lift.... hopefully it’s worth it.

NEVER again, lady did whatever she wanted even after explaining to her how I wanted them, she left one super thin and the other thick. I had grown my eyebrows just so she could mess them up , would give them 0 stars if I could

I took my 14 year old daughter there a few days and the lady that did my daughters eyebrows did a horrible job on them. She has thin eyebrows as it is and and just gets a clean up each time, but in all honesty I have no clue what she was thinking. She took them way too thin almost so thin on one that she left practically 3 hairs to make a line. They are so uneven and patchy that my daughter literally started crying. I showed the lady and expressed our dissapointment but she just kept wanting to argue saying "No" &"I clean little bit, little bit" repeatedly whatever that means. So needless to say but we wont be returning there again! I never write reviews but I dont appreciate being argued with about the horrible service my daughter recieved and my daughter having to walk around with thin, crooked eyebrows.And I left 1 star because I had to in order to leave this review. So I rate it thumbs down!!👎
