I have been going here for years. I am always very careful to ask the person to not take hair from the start of my eyebrows or the tail end. It takes forever for this to grow.. Today, the lady took so much off the front and the end. My eyebrows look short and changed my face. I am not good with eye pencil and like a bushy front brow. I asked her a refund and she denied it. It is so upsetting that she refused to take any accountability or maybe she did not know how to do brows.

I have been going here for many many years and Salma is the absolute BEST. I will not let anyone else touch my eyebrows. I like them more full/natural and she’s the only person who understands. :) I get a full face threading and leave glowing! Thank you Salma!

Went here for a hydrating facial and eyebrow threading. The initial person to do my reiki facial had suffered an injury so they were super accommodating to make sure I could still have a relaxing, and inviting experience. They truly went above and beyond, which was not necessary but much appreciated. Will definitely go again when in LA

I've been goign here for a couple years now. Everyone is so good at what they do and make everything so easy. They alway go above and beyond. I got every two weeks or so to get my eyebrows threaded and it's super easy for walk ins. I am a guy, so i only do eye brow threading. As far as waxing and facials i couldn't tell you, but outside of that I am a satisfied customer!

Love the service here! They always do a great job with my brows and listen to how I’d like them shaped. They are even better for facials! They do an amazing job and walk you through the entire facial. They also include meditation during the facial which was really relaxing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend!

This is a great place for eyebrows. I haven’t gotten any other service besides brows. They use traditional threading method. There are 2-3 artists. I prefer the older lady ( I think she is the owner). The have loyalty rewards program. So after 5-6 sessions you earn a free session. That is a good thing. Services are reasonably priced. One drawback is since it is on a busy street on Washington Blvd, the parking is difficult. I park in the residential lanes. Otherwise I’d recommend. They do have some loyal customers.

This was my go-to place for eyebrow threading when I lived in Culver City. I would just walk in in without an appointment, and there would be only 1-3 people ahead of me. The ladies who work there are all Indian and knew what to do with middle eastern eyebrows like mine! I would definitely go back. I did waxing there only one time but it went fine as well.

Ummmm they're getting kind of expensive and that's a turn off although I've had good quality work there done all the time for my eyebrows

I received the Oxygen Facial and it was AMAZING! True professional, very knowledgeable and VERY clean. This facial will make you relaxed (it actually put me to sleep). My face is glowing.

Small and cozy place. I came for threading and left very satisfied. The staff is professional and friendly. Prices are competitive. You don't have to make an appointment during the day for threading, they welcome walk-ins. Generally nice local spot.
