I get my hair done with Mark. I brought my kids in for the first time this year for their first haircut and they really enjoyed it. Mark always does a great job and leaves me looking better than before! I love the color he uses to highlight my hair and I always get a ton of compliments after I get it done. The Beauty Store has a nice environment too that is always relaxing and clean to be in. I also love the products they carry!

It is the Beauty Store company policy to prop their front doors open all day, everyday in the heat of summer, ignoring climate change and the fact that last year was the hottest summer on record, and 2024 is predicted to be even hotter. Their rationale is that an open door gushing cold air into 100+ degree temps appears more “welcoming” to customers - in fact all this welcomes is the legacy of the dying environment we are leaving for our children. If I could leave a zero, I would.

I always appreciate the outstanding collection especially of hair care products (including my favorite Paul Mitchell ones), as well as the helpful but not in-your-face service offered by the store’s employees. The specials are awesome, too. I’ve been shopping here for more than 20 years and hope they will be around as long as I am!

I called last minute at closing on Sunday; needing to purchase Lampe Berger oil and couldn’t make it until 6 min after closing. I wasn’t sure anyone would even answer the phone….. to my surprise KAMERON did! She went way above and beyond my expectations; I mean she nailed it in every way! When they were out of the one I wanted she suggested something even better, then she stayed until I got there even tho (I told her she could leave it outside the door)……next she answered the phone again when I called after they were already closed!! She was so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable I ended up buying a few more scents she suggested. Service like this is rare these days and I am so grateful Kameron still has it! Because of her I will always shop The Beauty Store 1st! Thank You Kameron you are Amazing!!

Great selection of beauty care products and the prices on their clearance items, hands down, cannot be beat!!! I "hate" stopping by for a quick visit as it never goes as planned & I end up spending more on items I had no intentions of buying upon arrival. I wish they still had a location in North-Northwest Austin, however as it was much more convenient, for me. No disrespect to this location, it's a great store. It's just a bit of a drive from my house.

Clean, cute little beauty shop / salon. I went to get my shampoo because they were having a sale. Grabbed a couple of other items, too. They have a great assortment of beauty products and other fun things too. I'll be back, sale or not!

Love, love, love the Beauty Store Salon and Spa! It's definitely a local favorite of mine!! I love everything about it, like their skin & hair care products, their unique gifts, the punch card which I've earned several $10 coupons with, the spa and salon personnel!! It's everything I want and need all in one great store💕

The products of the place were very nice, and the store itself had a nice vibe. Me and 2 friends of mine walked in looking for some lotion to buy, but as soon as we walked in the lady behind the counter would NOT stop following us and staring at us. She would constantly asked if we needed help (very rudely) no matter how many times we'd tell her no. We also overheard another empolyee (possibly the manager) telling the girl to keep an eye on us. We do not come to this area often so i can see why they would have slight suspision of our looks, but they were extremely disrespectful and treated us like they wanted us to leave. On top of that we were looking at the brushes and she came over to tell us that we couldnt touch them. So we put the brush back and apoligized and she very rudely snatched the brush away, and stomped off. We were very shocked and ended up leaving the store in a bad mood. What a waste of a nice place. Hopefully other empolyess are nicer, and we just came on a bad day. But ill definitley not be going back. :/
