Rude as hell to paying customers I spent over 1000$ here and they rather a customer walk out than to honor a weak 10% but people run out with hundreds of dollars worth of items all the time . I literally got a business 2 blocks away and I rather drive to CDC BEAUTY SUPPLY PLACE AND BERLIN black owned beauty supply place BEFORE I EVER SPEND A DOLLAR ATBEAUTY SUPPY WAREHOUSE AGAIN AND RHAT GOESFO ALL THE LOCATIONS ! EMPLOYEES ALWAYS TALKING THE ONLY PROFRESSIONAL ONES FROM MY VISUAL IS THE YOUNGER EMPLOYEES THERE….. seems like the more older ones are too comfortable with their positions. That store honestly needs new management and or a supervisor!

Horrible product! !Good customer service the day I bought it. But I took the $115 wig out of the package and it ripped down the middle seem. Made it unwearable. I brought it back with a receipt and they would not help me.. he just kept saying... No returns. I just wanted an exchange.. please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. !

I found many beauty supplies- nail files, glues, press ons, and polishes. Many different makeup products, and tons of hair accessories and products. They definitely specialize in wigs, hair products, and hair extensions but I still found it very easy to find what I needed. Also the prices are great!!

The wigs look terrible, but what was worse is the customer service. My partner and I walked to the back and the two associates didn’t even bother to look at us as they continued their conversation. We kept looking at the wigs (keep in mind you can’t see them that well bc they are behind the counter) and NO ONE helped us. The supplies in the front are affordable and decent. I wouldn’t go back.

Great hair selection. However, if your hours say open till 8pm you probably shouldn’t lock your building 10 minutes before close. Literally wasted money taking an Uber to go pick up hair for an appointment because they closed before there hours said so. If you want to lock up early change your hours so customers know they can’t still come and get what they need.

UPDATE JULY 2024: Finally you can try on wigs again! Only 3, free wig cap provided UPDATE 2022: COVID is long gone and you still can't try on wigs but the one in the College area allows it. Do better! OLD REVIEW: Spacious clean store with friendly staff. Large selection of hair for braiding.

The quality of things they have available is really good, but the service could be better. Some of the employees are quite rude as soon as you walk into the door.

Not welcoming or friendly, little to no customer service. Watched and overheard direct racism and bad talk of a patron after they walked out. They couldn’t ask to assist me or even show me where an item was, but walked past me several times to see what I was doing.

Big store. Looks like four or five rows of hair products and the rest was all hair. Decent prices. Parking sucks though. Find and pay for parking in the parking garage.

Customer service was horrible, and worker gave me the wrong braiding hair at the counter and I paid for it but that they have a no return policy so I can’t get my money back!

Me, I park a few blocks away in the neighborhood and walk to the store. "Your hair is 90% your selfie."

This is unfortunate because I have been a dedicated customer for many years now, but I feel obligated to leave a negative review. I was sold a faulty spray bottle for 6.99(see attached photo) and of course they don’t do returns or exchanges, however I was told I could bring the bottle in for a new one. But once I got back to the store the promise wasn’t honored. The issue I take with this is that I believe the company knew their bottles were faulty—and should have returned my money or tried to make amends as a gesture of good faith—instead, one of the possible owners, came up with multiple reasons not to. It’s a shame because I would rather support a local business—but I will start buying my products at Target or Sally’s from now on—where if you’re sold something that doesn’t work, you’re able to return it.
