Gisselle was very sweet and welcoming. She did my balayage. Although the color didn’t turn out as light as I wanted, it turned out nice. It took us 4 hours to do it and the whole time she was welcoming. She’s very clean and gentle. I would recommend going to her.

After buying a Groupon that clearly states “all over color or balyage” I called to confirm and the lady on the phone became rude and started to yell at me asking me if I thought she “worked for free”. I told her the Groupon clearly says it includes balyage but she refused and said it was Groupon’s error and would not honor it. She Basically yelled at me the entire time even though I spoke to her very nicely. She became super upset when I commented her customer service was not good. I wouldn’t trust someone with my hair who had anger issues like this place. Who knows what my hair would look like. I’m glad I didn’t just make an appointment. I’d call first to clarify. They are using Groupon and not honoring them. Beware very bad customer service.
