I am so grateful to have found the lovely ladies at Beauty & The Balayage from the second I walked in the lovely woman at the counter made me feel at home and they took care of my daughters and settled their anxieties! The welcomed me as a father not knowing what to say or do they helped my daughters feel beautiful and get a big hug from my girls as a result!! I’m from Boston and didn’t really know where to go but I am so glad I drove 45 mins to find this gem! I will be bringing my girls here from now on! Special thank you to Brooke you did an amazing job and the first thing my daughter Skyla said this morning was I love my hair thank you Dad I love you which means the absolute world to me!! Thank you !!!

I loved my experience at this salon. Every stylist was warm and inviting. The atmosphere was very calm and comfortable. I have psoriasis on my scalp and my stylist took very good care of me. I am in love with my new hair 🩷

Amazing color specialists and hairstylists here! ROM spent time interviewing me and studying my hair - the end result outshined the ask! She is lovely - so is Trina, the shop owner, who was also very involved in getting my color to perfection! Highly recommend!!!

Finding a hairstylist who is truly invested in curating a perfect look is difficult. But at this salon, I have never felt so welcomed and heard. Kayla did a phenomenal job with my cut and color service. Her genuine interest and attention to detail was very reassuring. Her work has to be my all-time favorite hairstyle I've had. It's clear to me that the stylists at this salon are passionate about their work and intentional about the environment they create. From the moment I was greeted by Annie, at the front desk, to when I got up from the chair, I felt truly pampered. Awesome business, awesome salon dog, awesome service!

I recently visited Beauty & The Balayage Hair Salon in College Park for a full balayage with Trina, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. The salon has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Trina is incredibly talented—she took the time to listen to my hair goals and made great suggestions tailored to my hair type. The balayage turned out absolutely beautiful, with natural, sun-kissed highlights that look effortless and vibrant. I could tell she’s an expert in her craft, and I love how the color blends seamlessly with my natural hair. One thing I really appreciated was the salon’s transparency with pricing. They were clear about the costs upfront, which helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. My only small hesitation is that, in the end, the final total was higher than I initially expected, but considering the quality of the service and the results, I can’t really complain. A delightful bonus was meeting the salon's adorable golden doodle, Cleo! She’s a sweet addition to the atmosphere and definitely added a touch of charm to the experience. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Trina for anyone looking to get a balayage done. She knows what she’s doing, and the results speak for themselves. Just be aware of the costs upfront, and you’ll be in good hands!

I visited Beauty & The Balayage to start the new year with a fresh haircut and blow-dry. Kayla was incredible and truly the sweetest person- she made me feel very comfortable during my first visit. She exceeded my expectations with both my haircut and blow-dry, and I'm excited to book my future balayage appointment with her. I received so many compliments on my hair, and I can't thank Kayla enough!

December 2024: I haven’t gone back to a hair salon since November 2020, but I trust Beauty and the Balayage so I came back here 4 years later. This time I worked with Rom, and she was phenomenal! My hair looks amazing and I absolutely love it. She considered what I asked for and offered suggestions for a better outcome, and is so knowledgeable when it comes to hair. Besides my great hair results, I loved the atmosphere, the salon is beautiful and the hairstylists are all great to talk with. I recommend this salon 1000 times again. November 2020: I can’t rave enough about this salon. Trina put her magic touch on my hair. I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered! I was ecstatic with the end product, a balayage on my dark brunette hair with a near Ash Blonde. Thank you so much Trina! I definitely recommend for a great quality balayage service. I can’t wait to go back for my follow-up treatments.

Rom was incredible! I was looking for a new stylist since moving to Orlando to do my cut and color and so lucky I found her. She did a beautiful job creating my blonde. She recommended baby lights and I love how it turned out. She also applied a treatment that really helped the condition of my hair.

After a virtual consult, I booked a balayage and cut appointment with Brooke. I immediately felt comfortable with Brooke as we talked through what she was going to do. She even made recommendations for the cut which I gratefully accepted. When everything was done, I had the best hair color of my life - a beautiful dimensional brown - and cut that was better than I could have imagined. I’ve received so many compliments from family and coworkers on my hair. The salon itself is very cute and everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend the salon and Brooke!

Great salon. I had Ingrid as my stylist for a full highlight and lowlight with haircut and blow dry. She did an amazing job. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxing and the decor and set up of the salon is absolutely adorable! The pricing is right on par with the level of service. Very satisfied and will be returning.

I came here for a color correction following an at home highlight attempt that left me with some orange/yellow streaks. I came here because it was the best reviewed salon within a 100 mile radius. Trina was absolutely amazing, she got me in the next day, toned down my hair, and made it livable. My end goal was to be all over blonde and she recommended Rome for my correction + blonding. I live 2 hours away but my experience with Trina was so good I made the drive for the consultation with Rome. She showed me a picture of a color correction she had done and said this is where she expected to get me. The girl had all over blonde hair with a similar starting point as me. I returned for my actual appointment a few weeks later. My hair is jaw length and it took her around 5 hours to put highlights in. When she turned me around my hair was mostly brown with gray highlights throughout. It was not anywhere near what she had told me during the consult and charged me $500. I left crying with dish water blonde hair. Trina was very kind and called to offer a free toning appointment to lighten it up but I had already driven 6 hours and was out over $500. I found a local place who got me all over blonde for $120 and had me out in 2 hours. My one star is based on my color correction experience with Rome only.

I have been to see Trina now 3 times for highlight/low light, touch up, and just a trim in between. WOW!!! Ladies, I have been in FL for almost 5 years and have had A TIME trying to find a good stylist who cares, who listens, who doesn’t fry my hair, who knows how to schedule their time and doesn’t give me 1/2 the service I scheduled, the list goes on…. So you can understand my hesitancy in getting one good hairdo and putting a review in. But after 3 times now and each time being spot on with the tweaks I wanted to make from one visit to the next (each having a slightly different hairstyle & color) Trina brings it home each time! So, so thankful I found this hidden gem because there are a TON of salons in Orlando/Winter Park to choose from let me tell you, THIS IS THE REAL DEAL & THEY CARE! They listen AND they’re talented enough to give you the photo & vision you bring in vs. some random rendition of it. My hair has never been healthier since I’ve been in FL and I absolutely love this salon and Trina from the ambiance to the friendly faces, and the way they truly listen and take time to talk through your style with you. You are crazy if you don’t change your salon and stylist NOW to Beauty and The Balyage. And no, this isn’t paid. This is a review that is well deserved. It’s not letting me add photos otherwise I would.

I went in to fix some washed-out highlights I had left over from over a year ago. Rom looked over my idea photos, gave me advice, and took her time caring for my hair. I also did a conditioning treatment, and my hair looks so much more lively. What I really appreciated is her transparency with pricing, which I rarely see in salons, and she kept me informed all throughout the service. It was my first time there, and I'll be going back for future service!

To a girl who has never done anything chemically to her hair, this was a GREAT place to start!!! Rom did an amazing (5 1/2 hour) job on my thick, curly hair! She offered to set me up for my first appointment right after my consultation and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! Their shop is so cozy (especially with the cutest dog walking around). 😊 She took my inspo pics and ran with it! She provided great suggestions for me following my appointment as a “newbie” and introduced me to the owner to potentially do my girls’ hair & makeup for my wedding! Overall, a wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming back! 💕

I don't live in Orlando but scheduled while in town. They were able to get me in within my stay. Let me just start by saying this salon environment is immaculate. The owner Trina is amazing and super friendly! The culture and the environment of the entire staff work together as a team. Rom was phenomanal and over delivered with my results. The pictures speak for themselves. During the entire process she was very patient and you can see how passionate she is about hair. Go to her for your bayalages. Highly recommend!
