I really enjoy my time at Beauty Theory and appreciate the professionalism and kindness from the minute I walk in the door. I’ve had four different treatments now (facial, Botox, BBL and Moxi), and they were all amazing. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and have recommended to me the types of services and products that best suit my skin (aging and freckles :/).

Beauty Theory is the best! I see Laura and she always goes above my expectations. She creates a plan with you for the look you want and executes it meticulously. She listens/explains everything and always makes me feel safe and comfortable. Laura makes the injections as painless as possible. The office environment is calming and beautiful with an amazing and welcoming staff. I’m always excited to go back! Laura is the absolute best! I’ve had 3 previous aestheticians’ over past 10 yrs. I didn’t realize what I was missing all these yrs until Laura treated my face. Previously, I went to another place to get Botox/Juviderm, and it was so excruciating that I cried during all procedures, left with a severe headache and bruising all over my face. It was traumatic. They also misplaced the Juviderm in my cheeks/lips. I didn’t think I’d ever be able to trust anyone to get Botox/Juviderm again. After 14 months, I got the strength to search for a new aesthetitian. Beauty Theory had such great reviews, so I decided to give them a chance. That’s how I found Laura. I was scared my face couldn’t be fixed, without surgery. But Laura quickly ID’d where the previous salon made their mistakes. I anticipated much more pain/tears to follow. But Laura’s experience and gentle approach made it bearable. I didn’t shed 1 tear, wasn’t holding onto chair tightly and I had no bruising. She’s very knowledgeable about all products, very experienced injecting Botox in the correct areas and has a caring personality in dealing with ppl who are afraid of needles. Thanks to her, I’ll be getting touch ups on a more regular basis.

So from the minute you walk into Beauty Theory until you leave, it is such a positive experience. Not only are you greeted with the most friendly faces and utmost kindness, but the facility is beautiful, even smells lovely, and they make you feel so comfortable through your entire visit! Everyone I’ve come in contact with is so professional and genuine and even helped me with my wild toddler son during my last visit! It is always a timely and efficient visit, but they also take their time to treat you diligently and with the upmost care! I would recommend this facility and all of the staff members everyday and really can’t say enough positive things. So so happy to have them in San Marco!!
