Ranju is extremely talented at threading eyebrows. She fixed mine after someone else messed them up and I only trust her to do them now. Would highly recommend!!!

Lolita is phenomenal! Wanted my brows cleaned up but still thick, and wanted to achieve a certain shape and she far exceeded my expectations. Also did a lash lift/tint, and she took her time with it, leaving me with an amazing result! Will certainly be back.

I went here for eyebrow threading. She was ok but not great at her job. I would not return here as it was not the best threading experience and also, she over-thread my eyebrows. It was not a pleasant experience. When going to pay, she took the iPad out of my hands because I had accidentally put $10 and was typing backwards to delete it. I did not want to tip her $10 and then she took the iPad and typed in my number for me was like “how much do you want?” I tipped a dollar, should have tipped $0. Super aggressive tactic. Would definitely would not return here. People act like tips are mandatory. They’re based on great experiences and this was a poor one.

Ranju was very nice and thorough with my waxing. She made sure I was comfortable and tried to minimize the pain of a wax as much as she could. The place was clean and professional as well :)

I have been to this location twice and both times the person there threaded my eyebrows too thin and quite aggressively, despite me saying that I didn’t want them thinned. Additionally, there were hairs sticking out and not properly trimmed and shaped.

I've been here numerous times, the ladies always been friendly to me. However on Friday, I left disappointed. I went to get my eyebrows threaded, get my upper lip wax and small individual eyelash extensions. Everything was fine until she finished my lashes and I looked at them and I said why are they long? She told me she mixed medium with the small. Then she proceeded to cut it to make them shorter and they look so tacky now! My problem is, she didn't ask me before she did that and I left the salon hating the way it looked. So I wasted $40 on lashes. (And I spent almost $70 in total) I still tipped her but she kind of looked like she wanted me to tip her more but I was very unsatisfied so why should I? I gave her $6. I'm just going to find a new place to go too.
