The ladies working there talked the entire time while I sat and waited to be seen. They both made what seem to be personal phone calls. Waited for about 20 minutes before sitting in the chair. Customer service is given a 1 star!

Ruby does a great job with your eyebrows. The service with greeting customers at the door could be a little better when you walk in, no one says hi or how may I help you until after already sitting there for a minute. Other than that I would recommend Ruby for the eyebrows.
