Did not followed instructions and she didn't even ask before doing anything

I like the owner, as a person. But after last week's visit, I have now understood that she simply does not want me as a client. Only wanted a length cut (just from the bottom or more than a trim, per say), to shoulder length, as my hair was almost at bra length. Not only did she cut up to my jaw line, she left the right side, 3 inches shorter than on the left side. I went back to get it corrected and her attitude was of upset. Almost offended. When I pointed out the obvious, she corrected it and apologized. I am a retired hairdresser and the only reason why I hired her services, is because I can't cut my own her from the back. Bad choice to go there. After I got back, I had to further correct this disastrous haircut that was only supposed to be a trim. The fact that people have curly hair does not give the hairdresser the right to think that we won't find out they did a bad job. And the fact that, yes, hair will grow again, doesn't give them the right to go scissor crazy. I had a hair cut done about a year ago, same experience. Ended up coming home and correct the haircut. I thought maybe she was under stress, too tired...just really wanted to give my experience a second chance. I am no longer giving my business to this business.

Servicio excelente! Muy económico, la verdad siempre me deja el cabello como quiero y si no queda la primera vez (no le gusta dañar tu pelo) te invita a un bajo precio asta que te quede como lo quieres.Muchas gracias por su servicio!!!

Weird experience where I go in and the hair stylist/owner does not even say hi/greet me/ask me what I’m here for today. I sit there and wait three persons down before she even addresses me. Unfriendly service and hair cut very choppy. She was speeding to cut my hair and it did not turn out good at all.

Great haircut! Come on Thursday or Friday and ask for DJ, she does a wonderful job!
