the customer service was kind so that was nice, I asked for my cuticles not to be cut. She cut them anyway, and I understand that there is a language barrier, but she nodded as if she understood me. I still have dip and whatever clear polish they do for dip on multiple fingers on both hands. The lines on the cuticles are so uneven, the imperfections are quite easy to see. The armrest I was using look like it needed to be cleaned. I wish it had been better. You also can’t use your gift card balance to use for the tip, which seems kind of weird to me.

I went for the first time today and had wonderful experience. The aesthetic of the place is clean, elegant, and peaceful. The person who did my nails was very sweet I wish I had gotten his name so I can request him again! I only did a pedicure with gel and it was fairly priced (52)! You save if you bring cash instead of card. I will be coming back for sure! :)

BeauVie is clean and beautiful. The people are friendly and do quality work. Going there is a very enjoyable experience. They usually have seven to ten people working, so normally there's not much of a wait at all. Every once in a while they are short staffed and the customers have to wait, but that’s not the norm. The other day I got a pedicure and a gel manicure and it only took an hour and a half. The massage chairs are very comfortable and relaxing. They use disposable liners in the tubs. And for manicures they wrap the nails instead of soaking them to remove old polish. They properly sanitize their stuff. They take appointments and accept walk-ins. So, the people, the place, and the way they do things are all good. 😊

Love love this nail shop ! I’m always able to make an appt and get in and out in under 2 hours . I’ve been to many nail salons for dip and gel on my toes and it’s not as perfect as this one ! The staff are very personable and Ms Kim is always so bright and warm when you call or walk in ! I’ve been going for a while from a recommendation ! 100 percent satisfied !

I have been going to this nail salon for years now!! And they are always friendly, professional and always willing to take care of all of their clients!!! They treat everyone like family!! They are never one sided with anyone! They are always willing to make sure everyone leaves out the salon satisfied! No one in this salon is racist at all!! I recommend them to all my friends and family!!!!

To try to gaslight my experience at your nail shop shows how unprofessional you all are. Then to get someone to try to come behind my previous rating to try to express their express is also unprofessional… instead of you trying to deescalate the situation you do the total opposite 🤣. I have been a resident of central since 2005, & been to almost all of the local nail shops! & I have NEVER experienced what I experienced yesterday! Then to try to cover it up with saying the other ladies had appointments & they did not. I know one of the ladies personally we went to central high together! She said she did not have an appointment. To conclude this, the other nail shop Allure Nails behind you all was able to take care of me PROFESSIONALLY! You do NOT get to tell me MY experience that I had with you at your nail shop.. my opinion is my opinion!!!!

Best nail salon I have found! I love that i can walk in on my days off and they take great care of me. Very relaxing atmosphere and everybody is always so friendly! I always recommend Beauvie nail salon to all my family and friends!

From the time you walk in BeauVie Nail Bar you feel welcomed. BeauVie Nail Bar is an excellent nail salon. The service is great, and the nail techs are polite and courteous. They make sure your needs are taken care of in a very professional, friendly way. All are knowledgeable in their job(s). The facility is very clean and the nail bar and pedicure chairs are of top quality. I would wholeheartedly recommend Beau Vie Salon! I give it a 5 out of 5 rating.

I came in for a dip manicure and a pedicure and Beau Vie provided exceptional service! I was immediately greeted after walking in the door and got seated! Their staff is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The salon is decorated beautifully and I was able to relax and enjoy myself! They even offered me complimentary drinks during my visit which was nice, and the salon is very clean. They took their time on my nails and made sure I loved them before I left! I recommend Beau Vie to all of my friends! It’s the best salon in Central!!!!

I don't have enough good words for this nail bar. I have struggled to find a place that does my nails well and that is affordable. I came here with my mom and we both got pedicures and I got acrylic tips taken off and then dip on my natural nails. Everyone was so nice, they were quick, but very thorough. I have never been this happy with my nails after getting them done and I feel like I have new feet. We will be going back here every time now!

I have been coming to Beauvie for over a year now. I will never go anywheres else. If there ever is an issue with my nails they are always willing to fix it, even after a week, they repair it at no charge. The staff are super friendly and amazing.

I love Kim and the BeauVie Nails staff!! You never walk in without a warm welcome by name and a smile!! I was hesitant to do the dipped nails due to a bad experience but they have won me over. They have a huge selection of colors to choose from no matter what your preference may be. You won’t be disappointed !!

I really enjoyed my experience here. Finding a nail bar that is relaxing, clean & friendly is hard to come by! I came here based on Google reviews. Walked in & was greeted. Checked in on the ipad. Was sat promptly! Had an amazing mani/pedi with QUALITY products! I chatted with my nail tech the whole time 🙂 & They do reservations.

I went into the salon with high expectations.This wasn't my first time going so I thought showing various pictures would give her a idea of what I would like. Nails was too short and the color was wrong and when I asked was it going to be dark I was told no it wasn't. After calling and making an appointment I thought a little more time would have been taken on my nails but it was a rushed job.The sides of my nails was horrible and the shape wasn't to my liking. I asked for a v cut french tip design on both nails, and seems like the nail tech did what she wanted all the way around. After the first set of tips was placed on my nail and I spoke up and said they was too short, it seemed as if she became aggravated with my request, she didn't take the tips off just cut them down very short and placed more on top, which made the tips that was placed on top curve upwards once she dipped them which was very ugly. Seems like they are over booking themselves.

Normally i have a great experience at this nail salon. Yesterday, i had a mani/pedi with gel, my husband had a pedi and our 2yr old had her finger nails and toe nails done with gel 078. I was having my own nails done so I didn't watch each step taken with her nails but they could not have been done correctly because everything and I mean everything came off in her Bath water last night. I have painted her nails before and knew she would not allow time for the regular polish to dry. This is why I requested and paid for gel. I wanted it to last a couple weeks! This is not acceptable. Do better! I will also say that no one there believed she would cooperate through the process but she followed directions and did very well. You cannot judge everyone the same. I assume the reason her nails were not done correctly is because they didn't think she was going to do as well as she did 🤬

They gave my 3 yr old the foot spa and pampering she wanted when another place in town turned us down. They were so fun and gentle, caring with her. They do really great work and everyone in there is friendly and smiling. 10 out of 10 recommend!

This place is more than a nail salon to me. It's another home. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The experience is so relaxing and nail salon is so clean. They do reservations and the quality of the products is excellent! Ms. Kim is one of a kind :)
