Initially I enjoyed coming here but it’s now been the third time in 2-3 months that I made a reservation, only to arrive (on time) and hear they gave away the spot to someone else. If you don’t want to take reservations, then don’t accept them in the first place

I had the best experience here getting a 90 min deep tissue from Anna - highly recommend this spot. She was able to get into my knots as well as give me a great facial lymphatic drainage massage. This spot is no frills but has everything you need and you cannot beat the quality of massage and price. Thank you Anna!!

Cash only, basic decor, INCREDIBLE massage. $40 for 40 min is beyond fair for what they provided. Unlocked knots I didn’t even know I had.

I have chronic neck pain. When I go long enough without a massage, I can't look upwards. I got a 90-minutes deep tissue massage with Li Li and got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

A terrible space! There are no windows and no proper aeration since it is located in a basement. The air is therefore really, really bad and heavy. They definitely need an air filter since hundreds of people come every day and it just stays dirty and heavy all day long. If you come during the evening, you can feel something very heavy and unhealthy. It made me extremely sick after I went for a one-hour massage. The massage itself was ok (not bad, but not amazing either), but the environment itself makes it a terrible space full of germs and bacteria.

I almost don’t want to post a review because this is like my secret spot, but this place gives a great massage at an unbeatable price. The aesthetic is no-frills kind of place, but the low price makes up for it. Linda is so great at knowing exactly where my back pain is and how to relieve it.

It was a good massage despite only rubbing one side of me and but when I gave a tip the massage therapist ridiculed me and the manager demanded I give significantly more stating it was a minimum. What if this was a gift and that was all the money I had on me?

It was good to get the stress out of me and relax but I doubt it was a deep tissue. At one point she was rubbing my bones in my spine so I had to tell her and point where she should be. Even then the hand or elbow? went to the bones.

My friend and I booked these massages and went on a girl self care day. My friend loved hers and I paid to get beat up for an hour. I tend to get expensive massages but decided to try a cost friendly one since the reviews were pretty good. There is NO WAY my “masseuse” is a certified trained massage therapist. There was nothing soothing abt this experience. It seems she did what she thought a masseuse was suppose to do. She was tugging and pulling and kneading into me like i was dough. When she first started I had to stop her because I said I booked a swedish massage. She got a manager because she didnt speak english and the manager instructed her to give me the swedish massage. Nothing changed much. This was the absolute worst massage I have ever had in my life. It is clear that this woman had no idea what she was doing. I got this deal from goupon so I didnt spend much, however, if i paid real massage prices I would’ve demanded my money back. My friend is dying to go back, however, I will never step foot in that place again.

One of my favorite places to get a massage. When I work long hours on the weekends, nothing is better than getting my shoulders massaged here. The price is very reasonable, they really care about focusing on the areas that are of concern. Their Google Listing says they are open at the wrong hours, it's supposed to be 11:30am-9:30PM every day. I recommend this place because it's easy to get to and reasonable pricing. Yes it's in the basement level, but that's how it is now, NYC rent is expensive!

My go-to spot for a good strong massage that alleviates neck & shoulder pain! Make no mistake - if you're expecting a boujee spa experience, this place is probably not for you. If you're looking to get a deep tissue massage for tense muscles and joint pains like me, this place is perfect. The ladies here really know what they're doing. They WILL use a lot of pressure during the massage (they're very strong) but will get the job done👏 Efficient and budget-friendly!
