I'm so grateful to have discovered Beem Cary! I've been experiencing hormonal issues, weight gain, and low energy, and I wanted to explore holistic solutions. When I learned about the benefits of sauna and red light therapy, I knew I had to give it a try. I stumbled upon Beem Cary while walking around the plaza, and the friendly, knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome right away. After a trial visit, I decided to join their monthly membership, which is a fantastic value! Now, I go 3 to 5 times a week, and it's truly made a difference in my health. I highly recommend Beem Cary for anyone looking to invest in their well-being. Keep up the great customer service is definitely a great additional experience when you have great staff working the front desk. :)

Visiting Beem Light Sauna was a 10/10 experience! From the moment I walked in, Samantha gave the warmest greeting and made me feel right at home. The space is so inviting, and the entire process was seamless. After my sauna and red light therapy session, I felt incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated. I cannot wait to come back for another visit. I have been going to Beem for many months and truly do not know what I would do without a few sessions a week! For anyone looking to be proactive with their health and wellness, this is the place to go. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all the benefits of healing infrared sauna and red light therapies. All rooms are always super clean and ready for each scheduled appointment and I always have a better mindset and clarity when I finish a session.

I’ve been coming to beem 2x a month for the past 6 months to use the saunas. It’s something I look forward to. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is calming. I come in, grab a drink (LMNT sparkling water or BLK) from their cooler and head to my room for 40 minutes of peace, quiet and sweat! Give it a try, def worth it!

So happy to have found this place. I previously used infrared sauna to address autoimmune and skin issues, but the facility I used no longer offers those services. Beem is a beautiful facility. Super clean with new equipment, a calm and relaxing environment, and a welcoming and helpful staff. All treatment sessions are totally private. They also have red light therapy available, which I have been researching lately, so I did that after my sauna. I had considered purchasing an infrared sauna and a red light panel for home use before I found beem, but the space and electrical requirements made that too difficult to carry out. I decided to purchase the yearly membership, which allows unlimited infrared and/or red light therapy sessions, as it was Cyber Monday and they were running an offer too good to pass up. I am looking forward to utilizing the services offered at least twice/week as I continue to work on improving my health. I feel fortunate to have found beem to help me in this endeavor.

I was visiting my sister in N.C and she surprised me with a visit to Beem. It was the best experience starting from Samantha at the front desk explaining to me about the benefits and goals of chromotherapy, red light therapy and sauna. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating that I had asked about where local Beem studios are in the Chicago area (Schaumburg, Il). Samantha let me know that one is planned for Chicago. I’m looking forward to returning to Beem even if it means I have to fly to N.C. to do so. I honestly left there feeling like a new person. Thank You Samantha and Beem!!

I am so grateful for this spa opening here in Cary. I love it. My doctor suggested this to me and I have lost 20 pounds. I look amazing my skin is so pretty and everyone is so positive and uplifting. I’m grateful to the staff and I enjoy escaping a hectic day to relax and pamper myself!

I highly recommend beem Light Sauna Cary!! I’m in my 50’s and the red light therapy and the infrared sauna sessions have been a game changer for me. I felt like I literally dragged myself there for the first appointment because of fatigue, mood, brain fog, pain, etc. After only one session of both red light and infrared sauna in the same appointment, I truly could feel a difference. It gave me hope and thankfully I signed up for a year membership. I rarely do something like this for myself but my body and mind needed it. I went as often as I could when beem first opened and now I go 1-3 times a week. There are countless benefits for overall health with red light therapy and infrared sauna use. beem Cary has the most welcoming, supportive and helpful staff which from day one made it a comfortable place for me. The facility itself is top-notch, clean, inviting and relaxing. Thank you beem for bringing back my energy and helping me in so many ways!! ✨

I love this studio and the services they offer! The infrared sauna sessions are a great way for me to relax and recover from the stress of each day! They also help me with my anxiety and even muscle soreness from the gym! The red light therapy has helped my skins texture and make me look and feel more energized! If you are looking for a soothing, relaxing peaceful place to treat yourself well and rejuvenate, then try beem! I love the sauna and light therapy— time to myself to meditate, let the heat do the work and just breathe. The staff is friendly and takes good care of you.. The environment is soooo chill for a great self care experience of rejuvenation, restoration and renewal. Happy beeming!!

Such an amazing place!!! My wife and I go regularly to both the Red Light, and the Sauna. We love it…we always feel totally rejuvenated afterwards. The team are all so kind, and welcoming They do a terrific job inspiring us to better health, while making it fun to go there. They also do a great job to keep the facility immaculate! The sauna and red light were great. I had a major neck and shoulder surgery and have still been dealing with pain. The red light sauna helped relax my tight muscles and give me the relief I was seeking. This technology really works and I loved how the staff explained all the benefits and how well they had done their research. As someone with graduate degree in exercise science I would recommend going to beem, the science behind it. I have done research on infrared therapy in my schooling and the science is real. its great to see that it technology is becoming more accessible to the public, And a bonus and helped me lose weight after months of being stuck at home recovering.

I’ve been coming here a couple times a month since they opened and absolutely love how rejuvenated I feel after each session. The saunas and red light therapy rooms are super clean and always set up nicely. The staff are wonderful and friendly - highly recommend getting the membership!
