I love how the different kinds of light are helping me to rejuvenate, helps with inflammation, helps fight infection! Also they carry really cool collection of skin care! Love the ambience and everyone in the staff is super helpful and amazing!

I highly recommend Beem Light Sauna Southend. The experience I’ve had since starting has been transformative and so incredibly beneficial both for my physical and mental health. The staff is amazing and so knowledgeable, always happy to answer any questions I have. Scheduling is easy and comfortable. The rooms are always clean and welcoming. It is always a five star experience!

I called them to try and get in for a session they put me in as a new client (should have said no). She then wanted to put a credit card on file all though they didn't have availability and I declined because why would I give you my credit card if I'm not visiting?! Since Sunday, January 5th I have been contacted 15 times via phone, email and text. I responded to one email asking to be removed because I told the girl when I called that I would call back if I did want to try to visit again. Then I was still receiving calls so I called and spoke to Francescia (probably spelled wrong) and she says an AI does all the calling and texting. I don't care stop harassing me! Don't contact these people unless you want to be endlessly called 🤦🏾‍♀️. I will not be visiting after all of this!

Updated review 2024: I've been using the green light therapy and wow!!!! My cellulite is almost non-existent and the bra fat area (ladies you know what im talking about) is almost non-existent now. VERY HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS. I've really enjoyed the package I purchased. I love sweating out the toxins and getting my heart rate up with no impact on my knees.

Love the Viridescent Therapy here! I lost several inches (around 18) & pounds in the first 2 months. It's my favorite adjoining a sauna session. Aside from that, it also has helped me feel less stressed and has easily become one of my favorite ways to stay mindful of my health goals in a more holistic way. The team here is also so nice & friendly. I feel great & am so glad I found this place!

I started going to Beem last year as part of Self care/ wellness journey. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the cleanliness of this facility. Staff is always so friendly and helpful, especially Carrie (spelling), who is so personable, patient and wants to make sure you have the best experience. I’m a busy mama and the sauna has been helping me de-stress, feel relaxed and even aided in my inflammation issues. Thanks Beem!

Absolutely 10/10 experience! Was warmly welcomed by all members of staff, everything was so clean and organized! Maryann, the general manager of beem, walked me through everything and ensured I had everything I needed for my first session! She was very hands on with her staff and so so kind!! Will definitely be back!

Been light sauna is one of the most amazing places I have ever been to. The workers there are extremely helpful and kind. They also carry my favorite blk water flavors which is a huge plus. Highly recommend this place.

I have been a member at Beem for almost 2 years now. When I first joined, I took any sauna available. More recently, I really enjoy the 2 larger suits with the shower option & ocassional red light bed. I see benefits and definitely notice decreases in skin/mood when not consistent. Maryanne (the manager) is nice & communicates well. She keeps the place running well and the staff support is legit and good as well. Usually runs right on time. Process is now super smooth checking in easy, whether I’m stressed/quiet or in chatty mood, the staff adapts to your vibe and checks you in the room. They rarely forget towels and other things needed for a good session. Overall, I am still a member and enjoy Beem!

Our first time here and we are IN LOVE. As soon as you walk in you feel like you are at the spa. The facility is immaculate, and they have so much to offer in their retail space from recovery items to self care. Pricing is very reasonable. We committed to a plan immediately! Can’t wait.

I wasn’t sure what to expect - but being super into all health related activities I had an open mind. The ladies at the front were super friendly and informative. In the sauna I was a little impatient because I don’t love sitting and sweating. But man, after? I am a month away from knee surgery and I’m chronically aching. I didn’t ache. At all. And the next four days I felt slimmer and brighter. I’m not kidding! I joined the monthly package I was so impressed. I’ll get used to sitting and sweating for these great benefits.

This place is hot like literally. Great customer service and product. I went from a public gym sauna to this and difference is tremendous. The infrared lighting is amazing for your health. Also great for hangovers
