I have been there 3 times. First time, my daughter and granddaughters walked in to get their haircut. The stylist did a wonderful job on their hair. Second time, I scheduled an appt for myself for a cut, color, and highlights with the same stylist. The color is beautiful and the cut was ok. A little uneven but still good. My husband and I are going to a NFL game, so I scheduled another appt to get my teams colors highlighted in my hair. I showed up for my appt only to find out that the appt wasn't scheduled. The response I got from the 2 stylists was, it was not scheduled and they could not fit me in today. I had the appt card, but it wasn't showing in their computer. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them makes all the difference. I received no apology or offer to reschedule, basically got brushed off. My first 2 experiences were great, but I am extremely disappointed in how the 3rd encounter turned out.

I got my hair highlighted and it was beautiful. The color didn’t last long on me and it was very pricey. Personally don’t recommend it. While the people are nice though. Color didn’t last long at all.

Got the worst haircut of my life, looked like a blind person had a go with the scissors. I had to have it fixed at another salon and that hairdresser could not believe what a mess Before & After made of my hair. It was bald in places and so randomly cut. I will probably just buzz it all off at this point. Hats for me for the next 6 months. Thanks, Before & After, for all the tears and distress. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy.

High quality, professional Paul Mitchell salon in an unassuming but very convenient location. I'm really pleased to have found it. Kasie understood me exactly. I love my hair.

I have been going here for nearly two years. . Yes it costs a little more than Great Clips or Super Cuts, but I Always know I will get a quality cut here.y favorite stylist will remain nameless since she's often booked up, but she did a great job before my wedding in December. One of THE best haircuts I have ever received.

After a not-so-great experience at another salon, I was a little nervous to get my hair done at all. My fears were put at ease when KASIE expertly brought back health and beauty to my hair. She is wise beyond her years and took the time to listen to what I actually wanted in a cut and color. I'm so thankful I gave B&A a try. I will make this my new salon and Kasie my new stylist!!!

Friendly staff, cut was average, scalp massage was amazing and Erin was sweet. I did think the curly perm was a little tighter than I asked for but my hair grows fast and will deal with it.

I have tried them twice with different stylist and neither got the hair color right and both had to reapply dark color after they were done. Both visits were costly. Neither stylist cared to say lets set you up six week follow up to touch up. Very dissatisfied with both visits. For what you charge i would have expected to walk out so satisfied i would reccommend to co workers. Not a chance.

I loved it! Walked right in, sat right down and Amaya Nixon took over .my hair was a mess..she was engaging conversation, told me exactly what she was going to do and asked my permission. Great cut! Thank Amaya!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! My daughter and I went to Kacie for a shampoo and long layer cut and she did a phenomenal job! Loved everything from walking in to walking out all the other stylists are great and really good atmosphere! I would definitely recommend 10/10!! Thanks again Kacie!

What a lovely little shop! The hair stylist and staff arel cheerful and worked nicely together as a team. I was there during a huge rainstorm and one of their husbands happened to be on site and walked me to the car with an umbrella. How sweet!

Completely ruined my hair. I got it cut and coloured here and never got what I asked for. My hair was orange when I asked for blonde, and the cut I asked for was not accomplished. A weed-eater would of done a better job.

Kim has been styling my hair for almost 4 years. Even though I live an hour away it's worth the drive. She always makes me look more beautiful than when I walked in. Couldn't imagine having my hair done by anyone other than Kim!!
