The best thing they did for me is cancel my next appointment. I'm not a fan.... I wanted my roots covered and color pull through the end.which didn't happen. So I had to get my hair redone . I asked the beautician how she thought my haircut was and she said it was uneven and choppy. Here is the picture she took before she colored and cut my hair properly.

My grandmother has an appointment with Amanda today. The patience and kindness Amanda showed her was truly amazing, and grandmas hair looks beautiful. She said she can't wait to her next appointment. I purchased a groupon with Dawn, called 2 wks ago to cancel, she never returned my call and charged me a 25$ cancel fee. Does it to make money. Poor business person. Woukd not recommended to my mother!

Personal attention, my stylist listens and makes great suggestions when I ask. The prices are extremely competitive, and the gossip and chitchat is a delight! I even have my husband and teenage son going here! We all have the attention and personalized care of Dawn Ward, the owner of Bei Cappelli!! I have followed her to different locations, until she was able to open her own salon.
