I had a pretty bad massage at another place today, which led me back to reminiscing about how this is one of the best massages I've had in the US. It is no frills, but that shouldn't matter you're there to get blasted into a therapeutic out space not care about the room. It's also very clean. This is a very aggressive, deep tissue, intuitive massage that will leave you detoxed.

I had a downright bad massage. I called in advance asking about a 30 minute body massage. As soon as I entered the woman who greeted me said you get 40 minute massage. I said no I called about 30 minute. She said no you get 40 minute. I told her that wasn’t even on the menu and she said don’t worry about it. Just $10 more. Uhhhhhh… ok? Awkward but still fair price so I went along. The old man who takes me back reeks of cigarettes. The hallway smells of smoke. He points to undress and then comes back with a bucket for my feet. He soaks them for about 5-10 minutes while he does a shoulder massage. He dumps the water, I hear some talking, and then he comes back and says “body” or “foot”? I said body! He looks panicked and then says sorry sorry. He tells me to lay down. Mind you, I’m not even on one of the beds. It’s like a foot stool with another small area to lay on so half my body is just hanging off. Super uncomfortable. The worst part was the place for the head to fit through. No cushion at all. It hurt! So badly! The whole massage he kept pushing on my back which shoved my chin/neck into this hard wood. I have a bruise on my neck and chin the day after. So painful! Then he proceeds to spend the entire time doing just my back. I’m thinking this is taking a long time. I told him body, right? He finishes and says OK! I’m confused. No legs. No feet. No arms. No chest. Literally nothing but my back. Does that sound like a body massage to you? Not only that but he stopped right at 40 minutes even though he wasted 5-10 minutes soaking my feet for what he thought was a foot massage. No extra time to make up for that? Ok. This was one of the worst massages I’ve had in my life. My back actually feels worse now than when I went in. None of the body was massaged beside back. I have a bruise on my neck/chin area. Go elsewhere!

Great massage. Walk-in/front area is always a comedic awkward situation that hurts me every time, but will never deter me from one of the better and well-priced no frills massage spot. Reminds me a lot of NYC

A little shaky with the language barrier, but had a great, relaxing foot and body massage. Price can’t be beat. It was clean and quiet where I was. Very thoughtful keeping me draped and warm throughout.

I moved out of state for several years and was excited to come back to a foot massage spa I remembered. I was surprised by the negative reviews and should have heed the warnings. I find it extremely unprofessional not to have a separate person running the front desk. When we arrived, a person came out to greet us, but it turns out they were in the middle of giving someone a massage. She walked us and another party back and then discussed/argued/debated with a couple of other therapists about what to do with us. All while we stood next to her current client that she continued to massage. We turned around and left and will not be using a place this expensive that is chaotic and disorganized. Plenty of other places.

It was my first time here.. my friend and I decided we needed a foot massage. Walked right in.. Holy moly- AMAZING! We chose the massage for 30 minutes.. it was a perfect amount of time but looking forward to going back to try the 60 minute foot massage!

Little to no privacy, curtains divide you from others, expensive for the massage, decent back massage but needed work on the legs from the sitting I've been doing recently. Receptionist was not friendly

Not bad. Basic foot spa that gets the job done. You get in and out. Just remember that because the rooms are sectioned by sheets (some of them) talking to your friend loudly disturbs the other patrons. Yes there were two women in their yakking away and kind of snatched me out of my zen. But the massage was good and they took me as a walk in.

This place is in my top three for foot spas in Austin! It is easy to get in for a 90 minute massage. If you pay in cash there is a discount. Parking options are plentiful. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad massage here and I am picky. The second best part about this place is it’s location. You can jump out of your massage and eat or get a mani/pedi and it’s all steps away.

This place is one of the best hidden secrets in Austin. Update: 4/30/23 went because I had a stress strain in my neck and multiple stress knots on my upper trapz, excessive computer screen time and wrong head turn. I want to recommend Jack, he worked really hard on my knots, kept checking on my pain threshold and listened when i suggested areas of concern. I got a 90 min/$100 massage and tipped him only $40. I say only $40 because he deserves much more and hence why I'm writing this rec for him. Next day, my neck discomfort was 90% diminished!! Thanks to him!
