My branders understood exactly what I wanted and executed the style flawlessly. The shop is very beautiful spacious an clean. Nice music playing also. I will definitely be back!

Came in yesterday to get faux locs. Website says it will take 4 hours to finish. Actually took 8 (came in at 9:30am, finished at 4:00pm and was late to an event I had). And I would’ve left in the middle of all this but, I have a business trip all next week. Other Issues: 1. First braider took 3 hours to finish the first half of my head (front part) (from 9:30am to 12:33pm). 2. First braider left 4 times to walk and talk to people. 3. They bought hair that had curls. I looked at it and said, “Oh it has curls throughout?” The first braider and the woman who bought the hair said yes. Then I said, “Okay, then we don’t need to use the human hair. If there’s curls throughout that’s fine.” After the first braider finished a quarter of my head, I looked at it again and noticed that the curls were all at the BOTTOM. So, then I asked if that was true, and she said yes. So, then I asked for a mirror to look, and the braider had the other woman come over. They both said “Yes, that’s why we asked you if you still wanted the human hair for the curls.” I then reminded her of what I said and the woman who bought the hair got an attitude. She said “Nah, you didn’t say all that, but it’s whatever.” Then, her and the first braider asked me if I wanted the human hair crocheted but I said no bc she was rude and I wanted to leave as soon as possible. Also, I’m pretty sure that woman is the OWNER because the Zelle email address is her name. When they finished, the last person who did my hair said “Adja,” which is also the name on the Zelle address, and the woman who gave me an attitude responded. I even showed TWO PHOTOS where there were curls throughout. Why would you even buy hair with curls at the bottom if I showed you curls throughout? I came here a few months ago and other people who did my hair were great, but after this, because of those two girls, I’m not coming back. At all.

False advertisement. How can their sites go on about the quality of the hair they use, yet I was just told 2 supply my own hair? Sites say prices r $180 and up, yet says they have affordable prices. Hello, again they don't supply the hair. That's an additional cost on the customer. Cash only. As much as ppl charge 4 these services, they need 2 have a cc reader and not pass on the card reader cost on 2 us consumers. Hair braiding sure has gone up, smh. They don't answer phones, texts and email comes back undeliverable. The only plus 2 this location is that they're open 24/7/365 and they're near my house.

Experience was HORRIBLE… never again. DURING MY LONNNNGGG WAIT to get my hair done I was introduced to a man name Mike. MIKE talks very inappropriate to the women and tends to be very touchy. He tells women he’s getting a divorce from his WIFE and all his personal business and gets offended when you’re NOT intrigued or impressed. The man speaks better about his food truck (supposedly his wife took from him when he tried to leave her alone with his infinity SUV) and dog than he does about his wife… it’s sad. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. NEVER AGAIN ladies Beware! I DO NOT recommend this salon.

Went today for a retwist, got me right in,made me feel very welcome, Yvonne did a wonderful job afterwards mentioned what's the best next step and how much it would be definitely goin bac and highly recommend

My wife went to this place and had to go to work early in the morning and they did not care at all, extremely selfish took 7 hours to do her hair which is crazy, the end result maybe good but not worth it.

I am so glad that I found Bel Hair Studio. Fort Worth ladies you don't need to drive to Arlington and Dallas for braiding services. The shop is clean, modern, and spacious. The ladies were professional. The prices were clear. My new braided, Fatu, provided EXACTLY what I asked for. She and the team got my hair done in less than five hours. I WILL BE BACK!

Nice work, dirty combs and don't wash their hands after eating unless you say something then they get mad and start talking about you in their language! You DEFINITELY do NOT!

I am a hair stylist myself and I’m always nervous getting my hair done by other people. But i have to say MaMa and Fatu made me feel so good about being there. They allowed me to see the work to before completion to see if i was satisfied. The place is nice. I’ll definitely be back to get more braids. Thank you again MaMa and Fatu

Would definitely recommend this shop for braids. Had a slight wait before they started on my hair, but I must say the results was worth the wait. I think one of the ladies was named Fatu, who was so personable and professional.

Bel Hair Studio does amazing every time they do my hair! I’ve gotten stitch braids twice and they came out exactly how I wanted. The ladies are friendly and they work really fast. Highly recommend! I plan to keep coming back.

First time coming here, and never again. Please save you money and go somewhere else you will thank me later. I had an appointment scheduled. I waited for an hour and half before they started braiding my hair. The hair style i showed them and what the braided was not even a match. I signed in, and clearly i was overcharged, on the list i didnt see anyone pay as much as i did. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND FIND PROFESSIONAL BRAIDERS NOT THIS PLACE.

I would highly recommend this braid shop. I’ve visited the shop twice. Hands down it’s been one of the most professional and cleanest shops I’ve visited. I think we all can agree when I speak on clean. Here’s what I consider clean and professional. - No hair all over the floor - Well stocked products and hair for purchase - bathroom super clean - soap, paper towels and toilet paper was available - Zelle and cash app available for payment no cash only ( we all can agree it’s annoying when it’s cash only) - each customer gets a cape for covering 👏🏽 - each braider had on a smock with name 👏🏽 My hair was as I requested upon leaving the first and I’ve visited a second time. I’m even more pleased with the style I asked for and what was created. I will say the prices are slightly higher than most shops. However we have to remember they are trying to live just as we are. The quality of work and the professionalism is worth what you’re paying. I haven’t been this pleased with an African braid shop in a very longtime. Thank you and see you next time. I so so Love this shop. The atmosphere is great. I have a very tight schedule and mostly do last minute walkin but they never complain. My boho knotless are beautiful and full. I got a lot of compliments. Thank you so much ladies. Ya'll are the best!

This is a wonderful braiding shop. They have a lot of fast braiders and the shop is super clean with beautiful colors. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you ladies for always getting me and girls right!
