The studio was very cute. It was clean, the gal who did my lashes was very nice. This was my first time getting a lash lift and tint and unfortunately it did not go as expected. I have very thin hair and lashes and I think my lashes were over processed. Instead of having a nice rounded curve, I ended up with a crinkle where my lashes just drastically fold up. Many of them are now in the wrong direction and I’ve even had to pull some out that were pointed in my eye. It’s extremely difficult to wear mascara now because they all clump together. I’m just looking forward to them growing back normally

I had an ultra rose enzyme facial with Christine. My facial treatment was very relaxing. It left my skin feeling healthy, hydrated and smooth. This facial helped a lot with the tightness I felt from having dry skin. The hand and arm massage felt great. I loved the ambiance of the treatment room from the relaxing lighting to the music. Lexi and Christine made me feel very welcome as soon as I arrived and I can't wait to come back for my next facial!

I've been getting lashes here for several years and by a couple beauty experts and recently I have gotten a few beauty treatments that are heavenly!! And my beautiful beauty expert, Tatum, does it all and she is so sweet, so professional and so much fun! If you've been thinking about lashes but you're just not sure, go see Tatum, or any of the girls, they will talk you through what is offered and you don't have to make a decision about it right then either..but you can...try them nice and easy, kind of natural, you will love them!! ❤️

Was in Tucson for business and came here for a lash fill and Larissa did the BEST fill I’ve ever had. The most beautiful lashes, so friendly , clean and comfortable chairs. Wish I lived here so she could do my lashes for me. So talented and professional. Highly recommend!!

First and last time coming here. I’ve regularly had henna brows done by one artist before moving to Tucson. My experience is the color sits for at least 45 minutes since I have dark brows before being wiped off. Nancy wiped them off way too early (only had color on for about 15 or so minutes) and my eyebrows look like my toddler colored them on. I explained my concerns to Nancy, but she said henna does not take on skin. I told her that is not my experience, paid, and left. I had very high expectations after reading reviews and seeing the pictures I saw online, but never again. Thankfully this will only last a couple of weeks.

I got a eyebrow wax and tint and a lash lift done by Nikki. She did such an amazing job and you can tell they really care about taking care of their customers. She also did a great job explaining the process to me as I had never gotten a lash lift or brow tint before. I love the results and highly recommend Bel Viso Lash Studio.

Bel Viso is one of the best lash studios in town. Super clean and organized studio. Sweet and friendly stuff members. Customer service was over the top. I got my brow lamination by Nancy, she went above and beyond on explaining the after care of my brows. I love them!.

Bel Viso is such a nice studio, very clean, very nice, very chic! Everyone in there is so nice and kind. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a nice smile. They are always on time and do fabulous job. After your full set appointment, the girls call you within 24 hours to make sure you aren't having any issues and to make sure all your lashes are in tact, Marcy has been able to address the retention problem I have had in the past and now my eyelashes are lasting 3 weeks or more (which is amazing). My favorite part in the studio are the little quotes they have put in the mirrors "You are Beautiful" very encouraging! they remind you that your are beautiful inside and out. I have also had a couple of facials and dermaplanning with them and my skin always feels amazing and smooth after, they use amazing products that do not make you break at! I always leave feeling amazing after every fill. I most definitely recommend Bel Viso to anyone trying to get their lashes and skin care done!

I have been getting my lashes done at Bel Viso since their first location. I love their friendly atmosphere and how they remain up to date with the lash world. The retention I get is amazing. Bel Viso offers a very good aftercare line for lashes that works great and super gentle on my sensitive eyes. The entire team has great customer service and is very friendly. I highly recommend.

I have had lash lifts in the past and have had no issue with them lasting. I just walked out of the studio and it’s like I didn’t even get anything done to them. Very sad about the price I paid for them and almost no result.

I was looking for a place to get a lash fill recently when my regular place was unavailable. It was the first time in years I had departed from my normal routine and expert to try a different place. I loved that I could make an appointment online, with weekend appointments. It was on the east side, so that was a big win for me. I did have to pay a deposit for the appointment, I am guessing that is due to people no-showing. I walked in feeling very welcome as they had my name on a little board in front. The studio itself is really lovely and elegant looking. I will say up front they continue to take COVID protocols seriously which is very smart, and I did have to wear my mask the entire time which was totally fine. I was there about two hours for a fill. The young lady who took care of me was very professional and nice. It was clear she really took her profession seriously and was very informative about good lash care. She did a really nice job. My only negative was some light commentary on my current lashes and some criticism of that work. I know absolutely the quality of the lash care I have been getting for many years and it rubbed me the wrong way. I received a thank you email, phone call AND card post the appointment which I thought was an incredible touch. While I am absolutely loyal to my gal who owns her own salon and has been doing a beautiful job with me for 5+ years, I would definitely come here if I was in the market for a new permanent home for my lashes.

I went here to get a soft volume set here by the lash technician Michelle. When I arrived, they asked I wash my hands and it was obvious they care about the cleanliness of the salon for the safety of clients. The salon is very organized and beautifully decorated. What I liked about the salon is that it didn’t smell like chemicals like some unfortunately do. The music wasn’t too loud which I appreciated because it was comfortable getting my lashes done in a calm environment. I’ve gotten my lashes done once before so this was my second time getting them done. The first time I got my lashes done (from a different tech) I got a hybrid that has a lot of volume. This time with Michelle, it’s a more natural look. A couple details I noticed differently; the application process and feel of that lashes is much more enjoyable for me. Michelle has a light hand and her attention to detail was noted. She made sure I was comfortable and made sure my eyes weren’t getting irritated. She placed the pads underneath my eyes so that it sits comfortably and didn’t really feel like I had them on. Having them on now for several hours I forget I’m wearing them because I can’t feel them! I will say again my previous experience was definitely good but these little details from Michelle have helped me have a more satisfying experience.

If you're thinking about taking the plunge and getting lash extensions, this is the place to go! The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting and everyone makes you feel so welcome. Marcy and Nancy have lashed me for the past few years, but I would trust any one of the professional lash artists to do the job. I get compliments on my lashes wherever I go. The quality is outstanding. I've also experienced two amazing facials with Alexia. She made sure that the type of facial and products she used were specifically tailored to my skin care needs. The facial was so relaxing and better than a back massage! After experiencing the pampering I get at Bel Viso, I will never go to another lash studio. Go ahead, treat yourself to the services at Bel Viso! You won't regret it!

This was my first experience ever getting my lashes done, and i am lucky to have gone. The energy and aura of the place is light and rejuvenating. It was so relaxing to have got my lashes done by nancy. I loved how professional and valuable she made me feel. I walked out feeling priceless and beautiful! Best experience ever for me!
