Elizabeth was amazing! She gave me a very relaxing scalp massage and made my hair feel and look so much healthier! She gave my daughter an amazing first salon experience. We will definitely be coming back to her.

Called and spoke with the receptionist, explaining what I had and what I wanted. Specifically asked for a master stylist and someone who was employed by the salon, not renting a booth because I've had two bad experiences at other salons. Receptionist assured me Tess would take care of me. 10 minutes to my appointment as I'm driving and literally pulling into the salon I get a phone call and text from Tess for me to call her. I walk into the salon and I'm told Tess has had an emergency and can't cut my hair but don't worry we've made you an appointment with another salon I know nothing about!! 10 minutes before my appointment!!! I walk out extremely unhappy and without taking the other salons appointment. As I'm driving home I get a text from Tess, the stylist that she didn't feel comfortable cutting my hair because I was asking for a pixie cut! I NEVER ASKED FOR A PIXIE CUT and spoke with the receptionist all about my hair! I have a almost shoulder length bob!! Pixie!? So essentially I was lied to in numerous ways! I asked for a master stylist! If you're a true master stylist you should be able to do a pixie cut even though I never asked for a pixie cut and I was told Tess had an emergency and that's why she couldn't do my service in fact she didn't want to cut my hair because she doesn't know what she is doing! BTW nobody called me to have a conversation or verified what service i asked for! Extremely unprofessional behavior and extremely bad customer service!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TERRIBLE SALON!! HORRIBLE!

I love this place. A friend of mine took me there to get my hair done professionally and I loved it. Sara is a great person and she definitely know what she is doing. I just went back to get my roots touched up and once again Sara did an amazing job ❤️

Did a wonderful job on my 12 yr olds hair putting a lil color and cut it looked fabulous and very stylish. She stayed extra late to accommodate us and was just over all was a great experience!

I came to see Nikki for a shampoo and blowout before a party because they had the one of the most affordable prices in Indy. She was very communicative, kind and did a great job on the style! I walked out feeling like a superstar and got so many compliments all night. Plus the scalp massage she gave me while shampooing was amazing

I love this salon and the atmosphere it has coming in and leaving after getting my hair done . Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Samantha Turner does amazing work and has an amazing personality. I highly recommend coming to this salon !

Lakiyah is the first stylist I have seen since February 2020, and she didn't disappoint! She gently interlocked my mid-back length locs and gave me a gorgeous style. I loved my time with her so much I even added waxing to my service to polish the look she created. I am excited to come back!

THIS PLACE IS THE BESTTT!!! Dayanna was the amazing, very sweet and understood what I wanted done. Already booked my next appt. LOVE ITT!💗💇🏼‍♀️💇🏼‍♀️ The salon was so comfortable clean. The music was amazing. It was such a nice environment that I will be coming back again. Everyone there is so professional I love it. They make you feel welcome. I would recommend going here. I previously had had horrible experiences with other salons, but Belavie hair salon they know how to get you.

Tess took me from frumpy to fabulous in just a few hours. I have always switched hair stylists because I never got out of the chair completely happy. I told Tess I just wanted to feel pretty again after years of just pulling my hair up in a pony tail. Boy did she deliver big time. Don’t take my word but the pictures of her pure talent left my crying happy tears. I will not go to anyone else!

My go to salon was booked so I decided to give this a try. The owners will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your results. SILVIYA did a phenomenal job making sure my hair was styled and cut correctly. Walked away very happy 😊

They didn't hurt me in any way or my hair. They weren't able to fix my problem but they did make it easier for me to fix myself. Which now I'm free of all knots and thank them for being so considerate and helping me when I needed it most
