It was ok. Did a back facial. Didn’t feel they are professional tho. Doing very gentle massage and only made me feel itchy, not comfortable and wasting time. Also, when asking about aftercare. She only provided the option of using their products….feels like they don’t care, and they just want to sell their products.

I finally decided to start taking care of my skin, and I couldn't be happier I chose Belia Med Spa for my facials. Lia is extremely passionate and knowledgeable, and helped me with a skin care routine tailored to my skin. The deep cleaning facial I got was incredible, you just got to push through a little bit of pain, but it's so worth it. My skin feels brand new.

I had a phenomenal experience at Belia Med Spa's for my pain-free underarm laser hair removal service. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly, creating a nice and relaxing atmosphere. If there’s one thing i can count on its Lia at Belia Med Spa. She makes you feel like family. Takes her time and is a perfectionist. She cares so much for her clients. The staff and service is outstanding. I highly recommend Joy to do your brows, she did a beautiful job with my nano brows. I also would like to recommend Lia she does a great job on facials.

I wish I could give this a 10 star rating because the service I received today was without a doubt a 10/10 experience. I have been coming to Belia for several years now and have never been disappointed. Today, I received the most incredible oxygen facial from Cindy, and her service was top notch. She not only gave me the most divine neck, arm, and scalp massage, but her knowledge and technique blew me away. She was very precise, sterile, and meticulous during the extractions and she brought life back to my poor dehydrated Las Vegan skin with the medical grade products provided and the touch of her magic hands. To put a cherry on top of everything, she was very personable, caring, and I felt so relaxed. Thank you Cindy for giving me one of the best facials I’ve ever had!

Lia and Helena are both really nice! So welcoming and gentle. I like that they're using organic natural products. This facial was so needed! Both my husband and I had a great experience (It was his first time!) We left with new, fresh, clean and hydrated face skin. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Stopped in for a quick eye brow wax and “Blossom “ (that’s what the door said) was able to get me in & out quick. She also did a wonderful job cleaning & shaping up my brows. This place is very sanitary, smells good & extremely professional. Highly recommend.

Worst facial I’ve ever gotten in my life!! Barely used any products on my face and made me feel very uncomfortable the entire time. She was massaging me in places that I did not feel were purposeful for a FACIAL, as she was massaging my lower body. I also asked her multiple times to stop because I was in pain for example during the extraction, and she refused. I also asked her to stop touching and rubbing on my lash extensions and my hair and she continued to do it. I was the opposite of relaxed the whole time, don’t ever come here seriously. There are so many better facial places in Las Vegas. Also felt it was very uncleanly as she advised me in the beginning not to wear the robe, leading me to believe they don’t wash their robes and sheets.

Best kept secret in Las Vegas!! I had a facial at Belia with Lia. I feel so relaxed and my skin feels so hydrated and soft. This place is definitely the best kept local secret. Don't over pay on the strip, I definitely recommend this place. My neck and face massage were so relaxing. I can't wait to try other services they have to offer.

Amazing facial, professional, relaxing and skin feels & looks wonderful! Lia was knowledgeable and got some things out of my pores that I just couldn't with home skin care. Days after, my skin looks more clear, smooth and blemishes are going away. I loved that she also has the led light treatment as apart of the signature facial which is very beneficial for skin. Glad I listened to all the good reviews, they were right! She also got rid of some dark spots that were forming on my neck and face. Not only did it benefit my skin, it was super relaxing and I have no regrets about treating myself to a facial here. I'll be back next time I am in Vegas. BTW, its about 20 minutes from the Las Vegas strip but its an easy drive there and worth it.

Had a smoothie facial by Lia - the Pear was VERY refreshing!!! If you haven't tried the Smoothie Facial service - DO IT !!! It's very refreshing and relaxing and exactly what my face needed. I'm a SOLID 6 now !!!!!! hahahaha Thank you Lia !!! I will see you soon. June 2020 - Went back and enjoyed an amazing and relaxing facial !! Very happy to see the safety precautions they are taking !! I don't know what products she used or sold me - but the moisturizers are OFF THE CHART !!!! She gave me (a guy who doesn't really spend lots of time on skincare) a lot of tips and cleaners and moisturizers - and they WORK - I got carded for liquor the other day (just kidding)…… Bought a few products for my mom and she loves them - Her review will be posted soon - Thank you Lia !! You're the BEST !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you pay this team a visit !! They do so many great things - and Lia is a Champ in the community !!!

I love Belia. I have been going off and on for a couple years now. Lia does such an amazing job with my lashes. I originally had my set put on by someone else and it was a hotmess. Lia fixed them and I haven’t been anywhere else since. The staff is equally awesome. Always super friendly and helpful.
