One star simply because I have tried 5 times to schedule an appt and no one ever answers the phone. I was turned away as a walk in and Yadira who gave me her cell to schedule doesn't respond to my two texts I've sent to schedule an appt. I've used this place before when the owner cut my hair I was SO pleased with this place, but it's near impossible to get in unless you have the hook up I guess.

Yessenia was amazing! I went in with no idea what I wanted and she did a miracle on my hair. Over 1 yr growing out a terrible color she made it look so great!!! She is the manager there and she definitely knows what she is doing, she does amazing work and cares how her client feels/wants! Highly recommend this place.

The ladies at this place Have No customer service skills what so ever. First time walk in and I waited close to 5 minutes and was not questioned how I could be helped. 4 ladies in this place, 1 was busy with a client, but the other 3 standing in a bunch chit chatting. They obviously were not interested in making money nor in a future client. Don't deserve no star rating what so ever.

Tanzi only talking about nail technician.Hairdressers are awesome quality work. had nails done cut to short and uneven pointed out to her dismissed me.stays on phone entire time.Very rude I had appt she went to next appt left me there soaking feet for pedicure while I was also paying for dad to be taken care of.Finally I decided to wait not longer.Was charged 30 dollars when she cut nails to short and had to endure her attitude like she's doing you a favor.Don't go to her.

WARNING!!! Had my hair done by a lady named Elva. I was visiting in Tucson from Lubbock Texas and walked into this salon. She's the worst ever! Showed her what I wanted and she said she could do it. She ended up bleaching my hair not once but twice and then put the color in. My scalp was burning so bad and i told her and she said it was normal. I told her not like this. She proceeded to put me under the dryer which was even worst and i had too tell her to wash my hair. She doesn't know how to cut hair, she chopped mine. End results, my head has sores and scabs and breakage of my hair. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE A STAR, BUT NEEDED TO POST!! THIS IS WHAT I GOT . TWO PICTURES OF MY HAIR BEFORE THE COLOR AND CUT. THE OTHER PICTURE IS WHAT SHE SAID SHE COULD DO. YEA RIGHT!!!

They're appointment-only, so I wasn't able to get my hair done. They seemed really friendly. I can't speak to the quality of their work.
