I thought I would treat myself before my wedding and get my hair and nails done, and to say I was utterly disappointed is an understatement. Any service at Bell Tower is costly, and the quality is not very good. The stylist did not know how to work with my hair, so I ended up doing it myself 2nd disappointment was that my makeup was done by a professional(?) not even close; it looked terrible. I came home and redid everything.

Racist people. The first time coming here,just for a haircut and blow out ,the lady didn’t wanted to blow my hair out,and just letting me leave with my hair dripping.Second time ,second chance today, went for a color service and haircut well,..didnt get my blow out either .The receptionists where Rude, but this one blonde lady with a pixie cut or whatever ,was extremely a weirdo and mean.Felt they where being Racist and discriminated,talking about a client is just weird and bad for Bell Tower.Idk.My very first times there and my latest and for sure not recomending nobody here.Learn how to treat people!! And how to deal with curly hair!!

Me n my 3 daughter's went here to get cuts even shown pics n didn't get anythin that we ask for..to the point the person doin my hair couldn't get n said it a few times what I wanted even question what I wanted tell her y I wanted it n still didn't cut my hair the way I wanted n js told her it's fine n got up to pay n as I'm lookin at my girls cuts 1 person made my daughter look like Edna from the Incredible's movie on top of that ask for it to b shaved in the back n her line from long hair to shave is all mess up..next daughter didn't the style of look she wanted at all n blame the curls n didn't try to even style it at all ..my last daughter was supposed to get a little shave at the back of the neck which didn't happen n instead gave her a boy haircut wit a few long hairs in the front of her head n spend 236.00 plus was ask to leave a tip gave 60.00 for 296.00 when ask how did how was everything js said k so I can pay n leave cuz they wouldn't b able to fix what they did 2nd how the hell they charge me 47.00 for my haircut when it too more time on me for 2 mix short cuts n 63.00 for ea 1 of my girls cuts is insane never will go back to this place on top of that it looks so run down when u first pull up nothin like the pics on Google show ..yea looks nice inside but I guess that's all we r paying for n mind u these were lvl 2's for my kids n lvl 3 for me ..insane..they need to go back to school

My daughter-in-law booked me an appointment there for a massage. It was my first time ever going there and I must say, I walked out of there feeling like a new woman! Autumn, Autumn, Autumn( Masseuse) you were AMAZING!! The amount of pressure you used on me was perfect. I WILL be back for another appointment with you. Keep rockin it girl👍👍💯💆🏼‍♀️

My husband and I were just at Bell tower for a massage for us both and first we were told when we booked the massage a day before that the price for each of our massages, but when we checked out after the massage was $17 more. I don’t think that was right quoting us a price and then being told to pay more when no additional services were added. Also I think the tables /beds were not set up right, I think the head rests were too low we both have pain in the neck area 3 days later still and the only thing I can think of is due to the tables were not set up. We have had many massages before and very disappointed in Bell Tower and will not be using them anymore.

Never going back to Bell Tower again. I waited over 1/2 hour for a massage from James and he never showed. The receptionists supposedly checked me in but james never showed. I didnt even get an apology from the receptionists when i told them i wasnt waiting any longer. Very unprofessional for James and the receptionists

I can’t thank Bell Tower Salon enough for the best experience. But most of all, THANK YOU to Chelsea! You’re a master @ your craft! You’re a wizard for blondes!! Thank you to Dee Dee (I hope I’m getting your name right). You’re the kindest soul ever.. Your words meant everything to me! Turning blonde is a process.. it’s chemistry. Takes several appts. & a great stylist that knows what they’re doing. I came in w/the darkest brown (icky) hair, grey blah roots, & whatever else was slopped throughout this massive head of hair… & I left w/a consistent color. Backstory: Being blonde my entire life & after a horrid mix up in color in 2020 w/another stylist (not @ Bell Tower), my blonde hair was no more. I can’t wait for the final result. Looking forward to my next appt. Before after hair pic included. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I made an honest mistake to book an online appointment for the wrong date. Unfortunately I missed the appointment, not only they call me with a rude attitude and didn't even ask if I want to reschedule. Decide to give me a lecture on how they gonna keep the deposit because I was an idiot for not paying attention to the dates. Great way to keep customers, will make sure to not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting salon. Owner is SO rude and disrespectful. Please do not give them your hard earned money. Terrible place. Every person who gets there hair done here looks like they just left the chop shop.

Anna is amazing. I’ve been to her numerous times for a cut and balayage and she always delivers exactly what I’m looking for. She really takes her time and listens to what you want. Definitely recommend!

Great experience from beginning to the end of the service . I had a haircut with Dee Dee. It was the first time she cut my hair, which is not easy due to the thickness and texture of my hair. She went above and beyond and did a fabulous cut. Her knowledge and experience match her personality! I highly recommend her. I will be going back. Thank you for a fantastic haircut and great conversation.

I do think Bell Tower gives fabulous service by the technicians (especially Maria). However, I have had three gift cards I was unable to use. When two of them were bought, the cashier listed them under the person who bought them rather than the person who was going to recieve them. Therefore when I went to use them, they were already unknowingly used. The third gift card, they told me expired. I didn't think that happened these days. I lost $230 in gift cards. Very disappointing for that amount of money.

I got my hair done by Sabrina. I've never been a salon gal, but that might be changing. She inquires about my priorities with hair, offers professional suggestions, and then comes to a workable solution with me. I really love what she did with my hair and think its a great meeting of what I was prioritizing.

I had a deep tissue massage with Joan today, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I will never be able to go anywhere else again. I have a lot of issues with my neck and upper back, but now I’m feeling amazing! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Ashley Rejniak for quite some time now, and each time gets better and better! Ashley is extremely talented and really knows how to bring out the best in her clients. I have curly hair and find it difficult to find a stylist, so I'm super grateful to have found her. I recommend Ashley Rejniak hands down!

I loved it! I recommend trying it at least once, you’ll come out new. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very professional I would’ve loved if the sauna was hotter. Hopefully I can request that next time

I made the terrible decision of going with Lauren. She cut my hair way too SHORT and uneven at the ends. She butchered my hair and now I have to go to another stylist to fix it. She didn't even style it the way I asked. My hair feels more damaged after the visit. I definitely won't be returning because I really hate this haircut and considering how much they charge. This has never happened at any other place.

Today my niece got her hair coloured by Natalie and it was a wonderful experience and she did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend the Bell Tower.
