I had my first visit at Bella Bee Beauty today and loved it! The salon was clean, spacious, and so cute. I’m a natural girly so I came for a good wash, blow dry, and trim. She educated me on the importance of getting protein treatments so I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks!

I almost don’t want to leave a review because she is that good! I don’t want her to get so booked that I can’t get an appointment. But that’s selfish, and sharing is caring! So, let me tell you… this place is amazing. It took a while for me to get an appointment, but now I’m there on a regular basis. She brought my hair back to good health. I have lupus and she is very understanding and knowledgeable about how to care and treat my sensitive scalp. There was a schedule issue and she was prompt to let me know and get me in ASAP. She was very flexible and worked with my schedule. The salon is very nice and she has pictures of inspirational people on the wall. The shampoo bowl is comfortable. She doesn’t have the dryer too hot. She doesn’t overbook or try to work in many people at the same time. My hair has grown so much in 3 months! No relaxers or chemicals. She has great conversations and a beautiful spirit. I absolutely love Bianca and I hope to use her for many years to come.

Bella Beauty Bar represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information on how to manage my hair was detailed, accurate, & responses to questions I had were turned around very fast while remaining positive & professional. Bianca will go the extra mile from beginning to end of the appointment to make sure you have a remarkable experience while in her salon. I would recommend her unreservedly.

I do not recommend this stylist. I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. No one deserves to be talked to disrespectfully especially when you are paying for their services. No finesse at all. So glad there are other stylists in the triad area and beyond.

Believe me I waited before I put this on here, because I had decided against it at first, but I couldn't hold it any longer. I met Bianca in the shop on West Market and she was awesome. Then I finally found her on MLK. I scheduled an appointment for the day before but since there was no way to add a Hair Consultation I had to delete that appt and reschedule for the following day. I get there still on time & still had to wait for a little bit, which wasn't an issue. So I finally get in the seat, I was coldly asked what I wanted and was I there for just a day or was I going to be returning. I told her that I would love to return. I told her what I did to my hair and was promptly scolded for putting a perm in my hair myself as if I'm her stepchild that she hates but has to deal with. She begrudgingly started working on my hair. I don't know where the Bianca I had before but she wasn't it. I know I'm not the greatest at doing my hair but I didn't deserve the treatment I got. She told me that she was not supposed to put chemicals on top of chemicals but since I dared to put in a home perm (which I was told not to do again because perms are only for stylist to put in,which I've never heard before). Then when she cuts my hair it is no way shape or form anything like what I wanted. I was so upset I just paid her whatever was the cost and a tip because did provide a service. But I have never been so mistreated by a stylist ever. Other than the questions she asked or the scoldings she never once said anything nice or just treated me like her client. I won't ever go back.

Bianca has been a blessing to myself and my family. My hair was going through a lot at the time and she was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and really knows how to grow healthy hair. She suggested treatments and trims and within weeks my hair was glowing and growing. She also cares for my moms hair and my oldest daughters hair and she gives the same excellent care and service. I appreciate Bella Bee Beauty Bar for also having a very clean salon.

Bianca has been doing my hair for years and has taken great care of it. I recently had some breakage due to a side effect of some medicine and she immediately started me on a regiment and suggested products to use to strengthen my hair. She is professional and very knowledgeable! I appreciate someone who is honest and cares about the integrity of your hair.

Bianca is the BEST! I’ve been seeing her for hair services for the past 10 years. Before I started coming to her my hair was very damaged and she helped to restore it to a healthy state over the years. She is also an extremely talented makeup artist and I love that I can come get my hair and makeup done in one visit if I have a special event. She truly cares about her clients and their hair. The salon is such a peaceful atmosphere, she has first class accommodations and great music! She’s very popular around the Triad so booking early is a must. You’re sure to be pleased with any of her services…trust me!

I loved the way Bianca did my Blow Out. My hair had body and pretty curls. She was very informative on how to maintain the health of my hair. I highly recommend her. She's a great stylistand educator.
