Very bad experience from Tatiana's service. Hair dyeing absolutely do not trust this master. do not recommend

Came here for the first time a few days ago to give Tatiana a try. A few things went wrong starting with her thinking I canceled my appointment and had to cut someone else’s hair at the time I was to start. I am a new mom and had to bring my baby with me, so it wasn’t an easy task to begin with. Next, she asked what I wanted for my hair and I told her… keep the length and thickness, long bangs and light layers around my face only. She asked if I wanted layers in the back, which I kindly and persistently said no. She started cutting away… many times while she was cutting I repeated that I don’t want my hair thinned out and I DO NOT want layers in the back (they are just so hard to grow out evenly again). She said, no I’m not doing layers just giving a style. At the end, the haircut was NOT the one I wanted and my hair feels so thin I hate it. I have layers in the back, thinned out hair and the only thing she got right (hence the 2 stars) is the bangs. I paid $100 for that. Won’t be coming back again.

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost 2 years and I’ve had nothing but positive experience each time. The salon is very nice, clean, has plenty of parking and creates a great vibe. My hairstylist is Tatiana ( color, cut, and highlights on occasion). I became Tatiana’s customer 3 years ago and followed her to this salon. She is very professional, always listens to my wishes, gives her professional opinion, and spends her time in making sure the hair color or the cut are done perfectly. I’m very surprised to see several negative reviews because my experience with Tatiana (every 8 weeks for the last 3 years) has been excellent.

I’ve been going to Tatyana for a while. She’s great with colors, she suggested a new color for me, and I love my hair now! She is also great with cutting thinner hair, able to add texture without compromising the volume.

Tatyana is my stylist for many years. Every single time she does an excellent job with my hair. I highly recommend her! Bella Coza is very beautiful, stylish and clean salon.

First visit to Bella Cosa. Was not in like of my hair for the last year or better. Am very much Haapy with it today. Josehpine is amazing. Love her style, knows what she's doing, color and cut, couldn't be happier. Salon is super cute, Covid safe!

No one greeted us after we stood there for 5 minutes. I got a business call and had to step out. I hear it's good but we ended up leaving. It's probably appointment only...

Valerie Jones is the best. So professional and a true master of her work.  I came in with dark, red hair out of shape wanting to color correct and balayage, something I didn't know could happen in one day. Valerie was methodical and perfectionist with every step, from color correction and balayage to the haircut. I came out with the hair of my dreams with beautifully colored light brown hair with golden balayage and perfectly framed cut for my face shape. I can't even describe how amazing I feel with my hair or how many compliments I keep getting!! I was visiting from Seattle,  and I look forward to seeing Valerie every visit as she is a joy and now the only person I want to touch my hair. :) Thank you, Valerie, you are incredible!!! :)))
