My 1st time going. My nail lady wasn't at the nail place I usually go to. So I came here. They did an amazing job!! Might of found me a new place.

Bella diva is a wonderful full service nail and hair salon. Everyone here was wonderful, professional, and friendly. I had a manicure and pedicure and Lilly was absolutely fantastic. My pedicure is gorgeous and she gave me the most wonderful massage for my feet and lower legs. The entire staff here were so friendly and I love that all of the staff look so professional in their matching salon jackets. I definitely will return and tell all my friends about Bella diva hair and nail salon!

Customer Service is not what it used to be. One shouldn't go to a nail salon and be treated with attitude not to mention if you ask for gel but get regular polish and the stones were not even hot and the product I paid for was not all used. I don't like to complain but this is not an isolated situation and they have lost me as a customer for good now!!!!

Only leaving a review because their somewhat nice people, but the quality of the nails only last for a week when i’ve been to places that have much longer lasting nails, they charge very pricey only for them not to last long. They also caused ring of fire in my nail beds, and it burns. Nice people but would get better training nail techs.

Poorly run Sat in chair, soaked nails, walk ins were taken and I was forgotten! They asked me to come back tomorrow!

Been coming here since I was 15 I’m 29. only two people know how to do nails and that’s Phillip and yuyang, they had a girl do my nails and I had to tell her to stop. Left and will never come back!

I literally live next door over to this place but I’ll never EVER GO BACK AGAIN! Three times I’ve been here and it’s been horrible every time. I couldn’t even tell you which nail tech I’m livid about because I sat there endlessly while they rotated me with 3 techs all working with other customers as I sat there idly. Nhut was the name on the equipment but as I’ve said it was three different progressively cranky ladies I was pawned to. My $55 gel manicure is already coming off after not even 24 hours. Her son came in from karate giving her a kiss and even he asked if his mum was in a bad mood? I can’t bring myself to not tip but I only left $6 because of her son and his sweetness. I did a design and she was like really how many colors are we doing? Does it matter if I’m paying you and if your attitude is right, tip well? They gave everyone else a drink but didn’t ask me. I could keep going but the point is don’t go here if you’re not white.

I love going there with two of my sisters. The ladies that do the Pedicures are so friendly and they do a great job on my feet. You even get a little shoulder message while my toes are drying lol. Very clean place.

I loved this salon & had been coming here for a long time. I no longer am spending my time & money here after my most recent experience. I booked an appointment with Uyen 2 days before my wedding after only booking with her for a year to prep for the big day. She skipped out on my appointment to run other errands like going to the bank. After waiting an hour, they gave me a young nail tech named Quan and I told him multiple times that these were my wedding nails & I only felt comfortable with Uyen. I asked when was she coming back. The tech refused to let me wait for her and insisted he would do my nails. I kept expressing how uncomfortable I was and he ignored me & just started working on my nails. No regard whatsoever. I was overwhelmed & teared up for the first time at a nail salon as he was wrapping up my nails (after I had him fix them a few times) and Quan goes, “Calm down. It’ll be fine.” I was in shock that comment. I was nothing but respectful even when I told him I didn’t want anyone else doing this & he flat out ignored me. I even TIPPED after. But this moment for me was completely ruined and I hate the way the shape of my nails look. I’m so disappointed with how I was treated and will never be returning.

I really like this place, but the last time I went, I made an appt with someone and someone else did my nails with no explanation of any kind. I brought it up, and the lady acted as if she didn’t know and barely acknowledged. That’s not ok. Why make an appt to have someone other than who you asked for do your nails with no explanation.

I will Never go back or recommend this place for the CHARGING $20 more to what the BASIC PEDICURE WAS ! They must think there gel polish is made out of gold ! What I Joke! Have never ever been charged $20 more for g polish! I still 2 days later can’t believe this !!! So many other excellent places don’t place they prices they are not at that trust me ! Me the nails I got done nit impressed!!!!! I only put one star because had to ouch something to post this ! I give them MINUS 10 stars !!!! Appointment was 600 left after 800! They take too many people and keep people waiting I saw that over and over

Really disappointed with the service provided. I read so many good reviews, but my experience was not the best. Let’s start with my pedicurist used a dirty set of tools, and when I asked, he insisted that they were brand new when I saw with my own eyes he had used them on his previous client, he offered to spray them down with alcohol, that will disinfect them. when he was doing my pedicureI advised him of my cracked heels, and if he could focus on smoothing them out and he insisted that he had done as best as he could, this is the end result. Oh and the nail polish was bad when during it bubbled up. Personally I would not go back to this place for the same experience. Overpriced for the quality of service.

Scheduled an appointment for 5:45, I was asked to come at 6 instead. I arrived at 5:55 and was not helped until after 7:30. I did not leave until 8:45. There was no apology or explanation. I will not be back.

They did a great job! Three of us went in for pedicures and one got a sns dip manicure. All nails came out beautiful. Nice selection of colors. Deluxe pedicures were awesome. Wide massage chairs with an abundance of settings, long massage, hot stones, wax wrap, and great service. Wonderful pricing! We will be back. My mom said she would ask for Andy every time. They were all great!

This is a very nice establishment. It was very busy and I was a walk-in. The nail technician had a lot of work cut out for him because the last place I went to did an awful job. He did a great job and my feet and legs feel wonderful. The toenails look great too.

Used to be my favorite nail shop . Came for a pedicure today and some of the staff i interacted with was extremely rude. I will never come back here again. Nail tech performing my pedicure overfiled my toe nails with electric file to the point where one of them physical hurt by touching it. I asked her to not use it anymore very nicely as a result of this and she continued to insist that she needed to in order off the remaining mail polish which was not true . I kept requesting that she either hand file it or use nail polish remover to soak it off. After going back and forth a bunch of times finally another very rude nail tech came over and told her and she still tried to use the electric file again after already injuring one of my toe nail beds. This whole experience was ridiculous and I did not enjoy being ignored or disrespected. I will be reporting this shop to the cosmetic board and hopefully no one else has to experience this.

Very disappointed with the outcome. I asked for a full set and I was practically rushed out of the building. I asked for a short round shape and the end result was chunky and square. My nails look so sloppy. I got my nails done for an upcoming trip and now I have to show up with a poor manicure.

Very poor quality. These are my nails after 2 and a half days.... I asked for a gel polish with manicure.....(45$ plus tip) Definitely not going again.

Very unfriendly people. I wouldn’t recommend this place just because of the bad customer service. Even if you can do nails if the service and the attitudes are off you will lose business.

absolutely the best nail salon i’ve been to in jax! super friendly staff and never a long wait. My nails always turn out amazing!!
