First time coming here yesterday, and it won’t be the last! Ev was fantastic and totally captured what I wanted to do with my hair.(Dark cherry cola). I love it and I’ve gotten nothing but compliments!! Not to mention she’s so personable and down to earth. Awesome Salon!! Can’t recommend enough.

I LOVE THIS SALON. The employees there are amazing!!! Jordan is the BEST at doing hair, Evgenia is the best at nails, and Ava the receptionist is so nice and so helpful working with, and setting up quick appointments. The owner Nikki is the sweetest ever as well. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to get their Hair/Nails done.

I had such an unfortunate experience at this salon this morning :( I am in town for a wedding and wanted to get my hair blown out. I booked the appointment several weeks in advance, and even called to confirm the time/stylist/location the day prior to my appointment. Well sure enough - I show up on time and am informed that the stylist is out sick. Then was asked “did we not call you”? No - you did not call me. You did not text me. It was not until I showed up in the lobby that I was told that the service could not be provided. Does the receptionist/owner not have a procedure in place to inform clients of cancelled services? Informing the affected clients should have been the first priority when they found out the stylist was calling out sick. Instead of trying to make the situation right (i.e. offer me an alternative time, offer me to wait and perhaps get washed and blow dried while another client is processing etc.) they stood there and said nothing. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, particularly for a first time client. On top of the unprofessionalism, what bothered me most is they truly appeared not to care. Had they seemed even remotely motivated to reconcile the situation, perhaps I would be less inclined to write this review (first time review writer so it really isn’t my thing). I understand mistakes happen - we are all human - but they could have at least pretended to care. I just feel the unreliability, unprofessionalism, and lack of empathy should be noted in terms of how they conduct their business.

Ev did an outstanding job with my hair, and I cannot say great things about this place. Nicki the owner is just absolutely amazing too, she did my hair/makeup trial for my wedding a few months ago and I LOVED IT! Everyone is so sweet, kind, and I love the atmosphere in the salon! 10/10 recommend going to anyone in the salon!!:) thank you Ev and Nicki!!

From my original call to the owner, Nikki, to my cut with Chey, I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only was the customer service impeccable but I LOVE my hair. Chey presented herself with a true love for her craft and the company she works for. See you again, for sure!! Recommend absolutely! Did I mention I love my color! 💯

I cannot say enough good things about Stacey Fusco at this salon. I have been going to her exclusively for 3 years and she has kept my light brown/dark blonde hair a completely healthy ashy blonde. Today I asked for a fall style that would allow me to allow back to cooler tones in the summer and she completely delivered. She is so meticulous with her highlighting that it always looks so natural too. Would recommend her to everyone but especially those blonde girlies.

I love coming to the salon and only trust Jordan! Not only do they do hair in ways only artists can, they are hilarious. I love the banter that I have with them and that they all have with each other. You feel like you are surrounded by family when you are in the salon!

My wife recently had the pleasure of visiting Bella Fiore for the first time and can't stop raving about the warm welcome she received from the whole staff!!! Jordan gave her a beautiful haircut and took his time discussing products and how to keep her hair healthy! She was relaxed and so happy with her experience and can't wait to go back and try more services! She's spreading the word to all her lady friends! If you haven't tried this hidden gem in North Royalton you really should!

Nikki was my stylist. The staff was friendly & energetic. They asked if I wanted anything to drink which was nice & thoughtful. Nikki listened to my requests & concerns . My hair fell out from Covid & I needed to cover the gray with minimal damage to my hair. She provided suggestions which would be less evasive to my hair. I love my hair cut & will definitely come back again.

This is a first time that I am writing a negative review about a hair salon. I am so upset about what happened and people searching for a salon should know this, so they do not end up in the same situation. Even if I had issues before, I was always able to resolve them as we are all human and mistakes happen. I am, to say at least, shocked by the response I received from the owner Nicki. I came in for a make up application. She was very nice and did a good job, I was happy with how it turned out. However, shortly after I left my eyes started itching and watering and tiny blisters formed on my eyelids. Tears caused discoloration/spots on my foundation so I called before closing time to see if they can fix it. There was no answer, so I left a voicemail. I also sent a message through their website. Since I was unable to reach them, I took it off myself at home before the reception. This was on Saturday and Nicki, owner, just called me today (Tuesday). She insisted that this could not be an allergic reaction from make up and that people should know if water touches someone’s face, it will stain it. I have never had that happen before and I told her I took pictures to show her. She said she will not give me a credit or a refund because she spent an hour of her time and it looked beautiful when she finished. I agree that it looked beautiful and she did spend 45 minutes on it, but I had to take it off before an event. She became very defensive, upset, saying she loses money if she gives me a refund or a credit, said rudely “I am sorry this happened to you” and just hung up on me! I am still shocked that a business owner of a very nice salon would act this way towards a customer. Issues happen, not on purpose of course, but this is a very disappointing way of handling them. ***Thank you for your “professional and kind” response. Speaks volumes. I did not wipe my face at all and I wanted to come in for you to fix my foundation. Foundation did not cause me to have a reaction but eye make up did. I understand it was not your fault what happened and already stated you did a nice job, I was upset with your reaction to it. I did try reaching you during business hours and I would have at least expected you to be kind enough to say you will give me at least some kind of credit towards something. Whatever the situation was, whether you feel I was or was not at fault, your reaction by being rude, hanging up the phone and placing sarcastic answer in not applauding, but obviously we all make choices on how to behave. I hope you learn that in the future and wish you success with your salon. I already said in my comments it is a nice place and you do a nice job. I have friends that go there. I hope you feel better as well after your answer. Best wishes.

This is the weirdest and most annoying salon I have ever been to! I had my hair colored by Nicki, the salon owner. She had colored my hair a few months ago, and I felt the same way then, but I like the way she colored my hair, so I thought I would give it another try. Very bad idea! She was very unfriendly, very unprofessional and did not try to speak with me at all. She was totally distracted by her phone and all the other annoying stylists that work there. She should not be a salon owner! Jordan is one of the worst! He is so annoying, talks and talks and talks (or should I say swears), and is so loud!!! Him and the girl that works next to him. They were talking and arguing very loudly the whole time they were working on their clients. If I wanted a good reputation as a business owner, I would not treat my clients this way and I would definitely not have people like that working for me!!!! They were totally consumed with what they were all going to be doing that evening! I am really mad at myself for leaving Nicki a tip, she did not deserve it! Needless to say, I will not be going back! Good luck if you decide to go to this salon! My advice is to stay far away from it!!!

This was my first time visiting this salon. I always get a Brazilian Blowout for the summer and needed to find a new place to get one. The place is decorated nicely and the staff is very friendly. Ali, my technician did a fantastic job. She is very personable and made me feel welcome. Thank you!

Went as a new client. No one was at the front desk. Stylists were doing each others hair while I waited. Stylist finally came to ask who I was there to see. Was taken back to wash my hair without even asking my name. Went back to chair and stylist worked in silence for the majority of the visit. She finally asked me some questions, but never my name. Other stylists proceeded to gather around front desk and have loud conversations with my stylist, mocking other staff in the salon who were not present. Stylist finished and I paid. She asked if I would like to schedule another appointment. I said no, but my answer should have been NEVER AGAIN

Ali is amazing! She got my hair back to perfect after the longest I’ve ever gone without having my hair done, almost 5 months. I cannot explain her level of talent. Everyone at the salon was welcoming and the vibes were great. I’m happy I’ve found a new salon to call home!

Bella Fiore Salon is the best around! The stylists are excellent at what they do. In addition to their professionalism and skill set the salon has a wonderful atmosphere. I cannot recommend this salon enough. I have personally had my hair done by Nikki (the owner) and Ev. They are both awesome. I have seen the work of the other stylists and would not hesitate going to any of them.

I feel like I have easy hair to style. I tend to salon shop as sometimes they just don't know how to style it. I move on to another place. If it's cut to short it's unmanageable and it'll look like I have poodle ears - yuck. I started going here about two years ago. Not only love my hair cut and styles by Jordan but he does a really good job coloring. I trust his judgement. It is a lively place and I enjoy the conversations around me and all the noise, I always end of laughing when I'm there as I ease drop. Maybe because I'm usually there on a Saturday it's busy. Their prices are pretty much the same compared to other salons but for me worth it. I'm too old and fussy to go to discounted salons. If my hair doesn't look good I don't feel good. If Jordan is out or can take me early they always call me. I highly recommend Bella Fiore whichever stylist you end up with.

I love this salon and all the employees that work here too. I get my hair done by Jordan and i’ve gone to him for 3 ish years now because everytime he does my hair I love it and feel so confident. All the workers are so welcoming and so nice to talk to. I told Jordan today he’s still gonna be doing my hair when it starts turning gray cause i don’t trust anyone else with my hair. Loveeee this place so much!!!

Love this salon and the stylists, not only do they pride themselves on exceptional service but making each client feel welcomed and comfortable. I definitely recommend Jordan if you are looking for an amazing color, free therapy session, and a good laugh! OMG...let me say that I haven't had my hair professionally cut or styled in years because I've had horrible experiences...from some pretty decent salons..I went to Bella Fiore and was told about it by my manager at work to go see EV Scordos..I dragged my feet but knew I needed an updated look but was terrified because of the chop jobs I've received in the past..EV was absolutely amazing and has given me the best cut I've had in years if not decades!! She is an absolute artist! She listened to my concerns and worked with the pictures I provided ( as others did but failed miserably) I cannot recommend EV at Bella Fiore more...Thank you,EV and Bella Fiore...you've restored my faith in stylists and Thank you EV, personally...you are amazing!!

This salon never disappoints!! I’ve been going here since it opened. I normally walk in with several photos and obtain opinions from the staff about what is possible and would look good. My hair has gone from red to fantasy colors to grey through Covid. This salon is responsible for saving the length of my hair after Covid hair loss. As I am there normally for several hours, I enjoy the interaction and collaboration among the staff members. It is not a sterile environment because these people care about me and each other. I feel like family when I am there. Nicki did my sister’s hair and makeup when her son got married several years ago. She looked stunning and elegant. I read several other reviews before posting this one, and I can speak only to my experience. I have never had a problem with reaching out or receiving a response. I am also respectful of their personal time and do not expect them to be available after hours. I share my Pinterest hair board with Nicki so that she knows what I am thinking about before I go in. To me, that is above and beyond. I am lucky to have a stylist who is that responsive, creative and skilled. I am also lucky that Nicki has attracted other team members equally invested in my hair and their craft. When Nicki is not available, I have no hesitation about having Jordan color or cut my hair. Ev cuts my son’s hair and shapes my eyebrows. Definitely a full service salon!! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for someplace new.

The team at Bella Fiore is a step above! I travel over 2 hours just to come to the salon because I don’t trust anyone else. They take time to learn your hair (shout out to Jordan) and it provides a world class experience.
