Emily Bates, owner of Bella Grey Medical Spa, along with her beauty squad, are lovely and engaging. The med spa is clean, inviting, and very hip - I love the local products used in the facial services. I truly trust Emily Bates and her beauty squad with my skin: injections here, lasers there, and facials in-between. I value Bella Grey Medical Spa's monthly specials (helping stretch my beauty budget!) and appreciate the additional beauty tips & tricks always provided. I will not, would not go to anyone else other than Emily Bates.

I asked the girl at the front counter to add a $55 tip to my total. Usually the customer can do this on our side. For some reason, it wasn't working properly this visit. When the charge hit my account, I saw I was accidently charged $155 for the tip, $100 too much. I called & informed of mistake. Girl that answered took my info & said I would be refunded the $100 I was overcharged. After a month went by, I still didn't receive the credit. I called a 2nd time. I was told the owner, EMILY BATES, had the info on her desk to issue credit. She said she would remind Emily & have her call me. Another 2 weeks went by & I didn't receive my credit. I called a 3rd & 4th time. After patiently waiting 2 MONTHS, without the refund, I had to contact my bank. I told them what happened & my bank said they would contact them. A couple days later I finally received a voice mail from Emily Bates, the owner of Bella Grey. She was YELLING at me for contacting my bank. She used very vulgar language and banned me from the spa! I tried calling her back to have a calm & rational conversation, again, I was not put through. After another 30 days went by (over 3 months now) my bank issued me a credit. EMILY BATES left me another VM threatening with a lawsuit, telling me she was "handing everything over to her lawyer" and I should "watch my back"! I have never, in 20 years of medical spa services, experienced anyone with so much anger & such terrible treatment of their customers. Funny thing is, if she would have returned my call in the first place and apologized, I would have just let her employee keep the extra $100 tip. I'm disheartened anyone could be so angry & then take it out on an established patient. Especially given, it was her staff member that made the mistake in the first place.

10 stars if I could! I got a CO2 laser treatment from Shelby and she was fantastic!!! She explained the process easily and it was quick and minimal pain. She checked on me each day after the treatment and made sure I recovered properly. My acne scars are filling and fading and I am feeling great! Would recommend 100%. Thank you so much Shelby and Bella Grey Medical Spa!

All of my visits at Bella Grey have been AWESOME! Jamie is the best eyelash tech! Shelby and the front office staff are always very nice, friendly and professional! Every time I walk about of there I’m extremely satisfied! You not only walk out of there looking great, but you walk out of there with new friends! The atmosphere of the office is so cute and welcoming! After coming here, I will not go anywhere else!

Best med spa ever!!! I had been considering filler for my smile lines for months, but I was incredibly nervous. I heard about Emily at Bella Grey through Instagram and decided to take the plunge. I’m so happy I did! Emily and the rest of the Bella Grey staff made me feel so comfortable that by the time I was getting the filler, all my nerves had settled. Not to mention my results couldn’t be better. My smile lines are gone and now I can wear foundation without any creasing around my mouth. Thank you so much Bella Grey and Emily, you’re the best! I’ll be back!

I cannot say enough about this medical spa. I have had multiple procedures done here including lip filler, Botox, facials, etc. and I am impressed every time. The owner Emily is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and makes sure I get exactly what I want. All of her staff are friendly and make my appointments enjoyable. Highly recommend getting anything done here!!!

I have been to Bella Grey for different services from facial all the way to PRP injections for my skin. The staff is amazing and I can’t say enough about Shelby ⭐️ she makes you feel very special, listens and is very welcoming and kind!! PRP in the scalp is an extremely painful process which I have done many times before in Europe but my experience with Shelby was exceptional!! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I've never not had a great experience here. Emily is phenomenal! Both offices are beautiful and I have to give a special shout out to Shelby.. I needed a GC and couldn't get to either office. She went out of her way to make it happen. So basically all of these ladies are awesome and you should probably book an appointment.. like Now! You'll be wrinkle free and the best gift giver to your friends. 😉

Master Lash Artist Jena Sigler has been doing my lash extensions for about 10 years, and I'm so pleased that she's now part of the Bella Grey family. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, the waiting/lobby area is comfortable, and the amenities are well-thought-out. It's always a relaxing experience to be there.

Owner , she doesn't listen your concerns , she concerns more on how many units of Botox she can sell you ! she wants to RIP you off! don't ever waste your money going there! She bleed my eye area with the needle, it was blue for 10 days ,she did not show any empathy at all! by the way results are horrible you cant even tell the difference. She doesn't know what she is doing. She has no professionalism, bad reviews for your POOR treatment! I absolutely not recommend this place.

UPDATE: I Wanted to be able to come back and say they fixed everything and my forehead looks great. Sadly I cannot. I went back in was given a few shots to fix the spock line No attempt was made to fix anything else. She said she would see me in november. Which I knew no, you will not see me in November. You did not make it right. Plenty of excuses that it was her first time injecting me blah blah blah. Instead I went somewhere else in november and got the exact same number of units. . My forehead is smooth and it all looks great. So I do not believe the problem lies with the number of units I was given. The problem lives with the injector And the fact that she would not fix it. I'm disappointed with my results. My forehead was never smooth but I thought okay. I'm not at the age where it should be perfectly smooth. I have a spock line something horrible and I got injected about 2 months ago and the wrinkles that were what I would call softened some are coming back already and it has only been 2 months. I felt the injection was professional and as pain free as it could be so I gave 3 stars. If we were going by results alone I would give it 1. I definitely did not lay down or anything within twelve hours of this procedure as well.

Would I recommend this place to friends and family? Absolutely not! LOL at your response to my review... Did the customer who posted pictures of her f’ed up eyebrows below also make it up? You didn’t even bother to apologize to her in the response to her review. Learn to take responsibility for your mistakes and apologize to your customers for your lack of skills. In line with what another customer said below, the owner was accusing me of being a former employee posting fake a review. She was threatening to “contact a lawyer.” I have email confirmations to prove that I was a customer who received services from you. Reposting my review below: I’ve been a customer at Bella Grey for almost two years and I had never had a problem. Danielle was one of the injectors who did my forehead every 3-4 months. She was AMAZING and the sweetest, I loved going to see her! Not to mention she actually knew what she was doing and she cared about making you feel comfortable; always made a careful assessment on how and where to inject to make sure she targeted specific areas to ensure the product worked! This last time I scheduled an appointment , I learned that Danielle no longer works there. So I had an appointment with Emily, the owner. In 5 minutes I was in and out of the office; I felt rushed out. Emily took a look at my chart and asked me a few question to determine how many units I was going to get before she injected my forehead in the most careless way! She didn’t bother to count me down to make sure I took a breath to prepare for the stinging and made my forehead bleed profusely. I had never bled so bad before, and I’ve been injected on by about 6 different people since I started getting injections, about 3 years ago. That’s not the worse part! 40+ units later and I am still able to move my eyebrows more than I normally do after a treatment. This is also after going back in for a touch up. She tried to upsell more units than other people have recommended in the past for a touch up. I didn’t want to schedule with Emely again for the touch up, so when I called I asked to get an appointment with someone else. Well, it turns out that her entire staff are all gone! There’s no other injectors available — she’s your only option. I’m not sure what happened with her staff, but if she treated them the way she treats her customers, no wonder they left.

Absolutely amazing! Bella Gray Spa was my first skin treatment experience for Botox and injections, very knowledgeable, very respectful. I will definitely be returning for future treatments and would not consider going anywhere else. Very relaxing atmosphere, and a cute little store within the spa :-). Love all the beautiful ladies that work there!

Amazing Experience! Everyone I encountered from the instant I walked in the door of this beautiful facility was educated, professional and friendly! I had a previous unpleasant experience at another med spa and was understandably nervous! Emily not only made me feel completely at ease, but she went the extra mile to fully explain what treatment she recommended and why, during my thorough consultation! Emily, Danielle, Ally, and Lex could not have been more helpful and compassionate during my interactions with them. Bella Grey, Emily and her staff came highly recommended to me by another client; and it was well worth the trip from Las Vegas. My results are better than I could have ever expected! I had Botox and lip filler done by Danielle and she is absolutely fantastic! I really appreciated the extra time she took to make sure everything was up to her standard. She also thoroughly explains what she’s doing and why she is doing it. Wonderful experience! I highly recommend. Also, their office is so clean, cute and welcoming!

I seen Shellie for my Botox and she has also done my lips! Shellie will do magic on my face for life! She’s so personable, and she truly cares about her clients. She’s so knowledgeable and the best at what she does. She’s also just a great person all around, I mean when your paying hundreds of dollars for a service you want to WANT to give this person your money and Shellie does just that! It’s always such a pleasure to see her. She’s given me what I want while keeping my looking natural 💟

Shelby does a wonderful job getting you ready for the procedure, and Danielle does an amazing job....I didn't feel a thing. I'll definitely return to this spa in the futuer.
