Had to reschedule my wife's appointment due to family emergencies. My wife just got off the phone with them and they told her that she now has to pay $100 to schedule an appointment from now on.

So, after finding a new salon to do my hair, I have felt the need to write a review. I have gotten several haircuts and one full set of highlights. First, let's tackle the highlights, the color was yellow in the front, orange in the back, and I looked like a mutilated zebra. The cost was high, and I always tip well, so despite being disappointed by my hair, I paid as per my usual. When they said they would save the mixture recipe, I thought, "Oh dear, please don't." I vowed then and there never to return. The previous haircuts had to be fixed by either Sam or Rick. They always fixed it for free, I never even bothered with asking about the highlights being corrected, chalking it up to a total loss. This dates back to over a year ago in additional fairness of my review, so perhaps they have received further seminars and improved their performance since then. At any rate, good luck!

Taylor from Bella Hair came and visited me at the hospital to cut my hair. This was a surprise my mom set up for me since I have been a patient for close to a month and counting. Taylor did a great job and was incredibly sweet. This was an amazing gift made possible by Taylor and Bella Hair that really helped improve both my mental and physical health. I can not say enough good things about the experience I had today and I highly recommend going to see Taylor at Bella Hair ❤️

I usually don’t leave reviews because I feel like they’re pointless and nobody really pays attention to them but I have to say that I am extremely impressed and happy with how I was treated by both Bethany and the salon manager Sam. I was a first time client who wanted to get a perm For some reason a couple days later the perm just would not hold in my hair and I’ve had several perms before so I know my hair takes so I called and left a message for either Bethany or the salon manager to give me a call they call me back in about 24 hours I explain to them what was going on we try to troubleshoot a few things and they got me back in while I was there the salon manager Sam was messing with my hair and said she just didn’t feel comfortable doing a perm again just because my ends felt dry She wanted to do a conditioning treatment I didn’t bring the funds for that but she told me not to worry about it that it would be on them she could’ve easily set me up for an appointment or told me that they couldn’t service me that day I was already nervous enough having to come back because of an issue. Bethany gave me a cut and did a conditioning on my hair and told me to give them a call back in about two or three weeks to see how my hair was and I can go ahead and get another perm if I wanted to! Both of those ladies were extremely accommodating super nice and professional they didn’t try to just push me off and make it seem like I did something wrong! I would’ve gave them five stars except one of the receptionist an older lady wasn’t very nice when I had a call back and explain that I had a concern/complaint Regardless on whether I get my hair re-permed I’ll definitely return as a client for other services!

I came here today to get my black hair to an extremely dark brown, giving Bethany (the stylist) several photos for reference. The dark shade I wanted, there should have been no red. I left paying $200 for an inconsistent hair color, my roots were lighter than the rest of the hair. There were layers of actual red color. I asked for a blowout and I received a "blowout" I could have done a better job at myself. I was going to take my graduation photos today, but I left so embarrassed of my new hair, I pushed my planned photos back till next week. On the way home I bought 2 box hair colors and re-dyed my hair myself. If you are seeking to dramatically change your hair, I would recommend going to a real salon in Pittsburgh, and not even wasting your time and good money here.

I love Bella Hair! I have been going here for 9 years, and I’ve only had great experiences! I’ve been to Jori, Rick, and Casey and they never disappoint. The receptionists are always a joy to talk to and the prices are great as well. I recommend Bella Hair to everyone!

Had an appointment scheduled for weeks with Bella Hair. I live an hour away and was on my way to my appointment when they called and cancelled on me last second, stating that one of their team had called off that morning. This was on a Saturday morning, so there was zero chance of me finding an appointment with any other salon on such short notice. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I am thrilled with the amazing service that I received from Bella Hair. I went in for my first time and met with Jori. We talked about how I was feeling about the cut that I was considering. She took the time for a cosultation with me and then cut. I love my new hair style, 6 inches off and a stylish new hairdo. I officially have a new hair dresser.

Absolute worst salon I've ever been to! A routine appointment turned out to be a nightmare and my hair will probably take 6 months to fix! Blonde highlights are orange and a routine half inch "trim" is so choppy and uneven I'm literally traumatized! NEVER go here if you value your hair and money!

Best salon in Morgantown! I've been going here for nearly a decade, and the stylists are very friendly and remember their clients. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed and my hair colored and cut, from trimming the split ends to chopping off 6+ inches to donate, and I'm always happy with the results. The salon also offers free wine!

I've been going to Rachael at Bella Hair for years now and she's the ONLY one in town I entrust with my difficult thick hair. I have a pixie and it's very painstaking to get it to lay right. She gets the cut right every time! The salon is also very chic and tastefully decorated. When you walk in it's an immediate calm. They offer you a glass of (free) wine. The blush is nice. They also display local art and often sell handmade goods like locally knitted scarves and hats. I also have friends who go and see Samantha and they are extremely happy with her work. She's the best! I highly recommend this place.

Bella Hair is great! I highly recomend Tami. She has taken care of my hair for two years! I had a bad experience at another salon that caused terrible damage to my hair causing me to have to cut it very short. Now my hair is really long and healthier than ever. She also did amazing extensions/hair style for my wedding. All of my bridesmaids went to her as well and were very pleased. She is a very upbeat, fun stylist who does an awesome job. I will never go anywhere else. I love my hair and get compliments all of the time!
