Worst wash and set I’ve received. The lady doing roller didn’t comb my hair out then did horrible rollers on me . While I complained Marleney still burned it to crisp. My hair has been shedding ever since. If you have curly or kinky hair please save your money. Wish I’d never went !

I had a great experience at Bella Lounge Salon. I walked in without an appointment for root touch up and highlights. Angela did an amazing job on my highlights with the level of attention to details. I finally found a Dominican hair salon with great atmosphere!!!

Le doy 2 estrellas porque fui por primera vez hacerme un cepillado y alisado con plancha y recibí puras criticas de mi cabello y tinturado que me había hecho en otra peluquería( sin yo haber preguntado ni solicitado una opinión de nada ni de nadie) creo que deberían ser más prudentes, si nadie te está pidiendo una opinión acerca de tu cabello, porque te lo dan y peor de una manera de mala critica, me hicieron sentir incómoda y molesta.

The first 2x I went I was thoroughly happy and planned on becoming a regular customer until the day before my daughter’s wedding. I made an early hair blowout and nail appointment the week before and it was confirmed the day before. The owner was half hour late and then she took someone else before me. I couldn’t explain to her that I need to be taken on time for my daughters wedding but I don’t speak Spanish I waited almost 2 hours. As for the nail appt there was no manicurist on site so I left. I could not wait any longer. I was so disappointed. I had really liked this place even sent my daughter there who could speak Spanish and Italian. We both loved our hair cuts. it was clean and convenient but unless you speak Spanish you’ll be completely ignored. If I ever go back, my daughter suggested that I use google translator. Still feeling hurt.

I wanted to fix my hair with highlights and a dark base, this woman told me that it couldn't be done and it was also a lot of work, she wanted to do the job for me as much as she wanted, I just cut my hair. I paid 30 dollars for a cut that I didn't like either. place for the good reviews but nothing to do with the photos I saw on the page very bad service

Highly recommend this hair salon. The staff are all significantly professional and efficient. They will have you looking beautiful in a timely manner, and the hair style will actually last a lot longer than you anticipated.

I'm only giving one star because I like how Marlenny did my hair, but it was not worth paying $75 to get my hair done at this place when I could've gone to my old salon and do my hair for $25!! A woman named Marisol charged me $30 for my haircut. I understand we're in a tough situation where many businesses aren't doing too well, but $30 for a haircut is dragging it. Oh, and I guess she's selective with who she feels like overcharging because the next day my cousins went there on New Year's Eve to get their hair done, and she only charged them $15 for their haircuts. One of them told me she still charges $15 for even just trimming the ends. It's ridiculous how over-priced this small salon is, especially given the location. They aren't located downtown or have a known reputation in the city to be overcharging their clients. Also, if you're trying to be cautious with covid, I would suggest skipping this salon because half of the time the staff and clients were taking off their masks. They closed off their waiting area to make it seem like they're being cautious just in case an investigator comes in, but honestly, it just makes it worse because they let most of the clients chill in the back of the salon. I didn't feel comfortable being there, which sucks because that's the reason why I avoided my old salon but I should've just gone to my old salon to get the same experience and hairstyle for less money. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!
