I bought a Botox groupon. I usually get 35 units but they used 49. The lines on my forehead were not gone. I went back 6 weeks later and they gave me 20 units more. 4 weeks later my foerhead lines are all back and was told by the doctor after I wasted my time to meet with him that they need to up my units next time. I have never needed this many nor has it dissolved in such a short period of time. I believe the groupon deal is becsuse the material is expired. Will NOT be returning.

I had botox injections by Jordan. It was a great experience. It’s been a week and I already love my results. Edit: I just had a visit with Jordan again for a 2nd round of botox since I loved what she did the 1st visit. When I say that she is nothing short of a miracle worker; I am not kidding. I was starting to have my chin droop a little underneath. She fixed that while smoothing out the dimples in my chin with botox injections! I wish I would have taken before and after pics. Now my side profile looks so much better! Please, go see Jordan, you won’t regret it!! Not to mention her injections are painless and there is no bruising.

Terrible customer service. Took three calls calls over a two hour span to get someone to answer the phone. Only available 2 days per week, booked three weeks out, and only one provider. I wasn't given an estimate of when to call back or when the office manager would respond to my email about an appointment. Sorry for trying to spend money at your establishment?

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!! I had Botox here in February as my very 1st Botox and experience and didn’t realize how absolutely AMAZING this place is until I went to another place for the same service!!! I will not make that mistake again! The care and concern that they took for me is unmatched! I would give 10 stars if I could!

If I could leave no stars, I would. I initially came to this establishment to get laser hair removal. I drove over an hour away to get here and was 30 minutes late for my 1st consultation. The receptionist had the nastiest attitude, looked me up and down with disgust and told me I had to reschedule. No big deal, because it was my fault I was late.( I did call to let her know I would late.) I rescheduled 2 days later and drove the same 1 hour distance only for them to tell me my skin was too dark and I would not be a good candidate for laser hair removal because they don’t have the necessary laser tools to treat darker complexion. At this point I keep my cool, but I am LIVID inside! I drove an hour away just to be told this. They could have been told me this the first time I arrived just by physically looking at me. I was completely embarrassed ! What a complete waste of time, and energy. The whole experience was terrible and I feel like the staff was racist the very 1st time I laid eyes on them. I should have trusted my intuition and not returned. Im actually thankful it did not work out in my Favor. The esthetician did refer me to another establishment closer to my home; however I had already been to them and wanted to try Bella because it was the cheaper route… I’ve learned that You get what you pay for. I ended up finding an awesome establishment that could service me and my dark skin and it was worth the $800 I spent. All my melanated ladies, please don’t even waste your time with this company!!

I like getting my Botox here. They get you in and out without a wait, unlike some other places in PTC. I’ve been 3 or 4 times and no problems.

DO NOT VISIT this spa especially if you are a woman of color, I was turned away from this business due to my skin tone being TOO DARK. The tech stated they couldn’t use their machine effectively on my skin tone even though I’ve use that machine MANY TIMES at previous spas with no bad reactions. It’s sad that in 2022 minority customers still face rejection and uncomfortable environments. DO BETTER BELLA

Extremely nice and professional staff. I had a great experience using my Groupon for Botox. There were absolutely no issues or upsell tactics. I also appreciated seeing the amount of Botox used and the bottle. Ignore the bad reviews mostly from the IPL hair removal it's a safety issue and they can't do that service on everyone and if they did that would be irresponsible. Highly recommend them and I'll return for future service.

I had an awesome experience here with Bianca. I purchased a Groupon and went in for filler. She answered all my questions and was superb during the process. I loved that she warned me of the most painful areas and the after effects as well. It’s been about 5 days and I have a little bruising and pain but nothing major. Will definitely return again for others services. Thanks Bianca!

I moved here from California & was looking for someone to do botox. Brie was recommended by many, and she did such an incredible job. I expressed my concerns to her and told her I usually have to come back for a touch up, because areas get missed as I have a lot of strong lines. with Brie, no touch up was needed. My forehead and eye area looks great and I still have movement in my eyebrows. Highly reccomend Brie for all your botox/filler needs!

My appointment was at 12:30 I arrived at 12: 36 because GPS kept sending me around the block. The office is tucked off the road with no clear signs. Apparently I wasn't dressed up to the receptionist standards because she looked up at me and then down at my Crocs and said we won't be seeing you today. I explained my father was on hospice and I am his primary caregiver so I am very limited on times I could come back. I also explained that I drove over an hour to get there. I know I was late by 6 minutes but if looking down on someone makes feel better about herself then that is definitely not the right place for me. Never go to this place! I am surprised by the good comments. These people are rude, and I strongly suspect they are racists. I purchased a Groupon and made an appointment for Friday, July 14. They called me the same day, saying that the person won't be there on Friday, and asked me to go the same day at 4:30 PM. I rushed my day to get there. I live more than a one-hour drive from the place, and I had already driven 1 hour with rain and a lot of traffic when I called to let them know I would be late only 10 minutes. They immediately told me I had to reschedule! I asked to talk to the manager to explain the situation. She never identified herself, didn't even greet, only said: "if you get ONLY one minute late after the ten minutes, we won't take you, and you will need to reschedule." When I asked for her name, she ignored me. I have a strong Spanish accent. Could that be the reason for that rude attitude? Or was it because I have a Groupon? Probably, both, and I was about to trust my face to those people!!!! Of course, I canceled immediately. Nobody with that attitude should run a business.

BEFORE you go to this establishment please read the Yelp reviews. Especially if you’re a Groupon customer. Just had the WORST experience ever with customer service. My sister purchased a Groupon and made an Appointment for today 10/26 for 10:30 am. As I am driving her to the appointment Jordan calls at 10:23 and says her appointment is cancelled because the nurse had to go to the dentist. At that point we were parking. Jordan asked if she could reschedule for later today but that didn’t work for her because she had other appointments. My sister then asked to be rescheduled for another day and Jordan informed her her Groupon would not be accepted because it would be expired by then. This makes absolutely no sense. The reason the Groupon would be expired is because THEY canceled. She asked to speak with an office manager but no one was available. We were told the office manager does not come in and they would not give out a number for her. Ashley then spoke to her and agreed with what Jordan had told my sister. Both were extremely rude. I’m literally speechless about this encounter.

I GAVE THIS BUSINESS 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE I COULD NOT INPUT A REVIEW WITH A NO STAR! My experience was horrible and one I have shared with family and friends. If I had only read the other 1 star rating and the owner’s response a few months ago concerning not being able to treat darker skinned people, I would not have gone to this business! Upon arriving, I was taken into a room by a technician for my “so called” consultation. My consultation consisted of being informed that they have the most modern technology to achieve the best results but it can only be used on “Caucasian or up to the skin color of a Puerto Rican”. I was then referred to another business that could accommodate my ethnicity. At that point, I informed the technician that the business and owner should say that they do not service all people. The technician replied and said, yes we do because we sell our products to all people. The bottom line is they can sell you something but not provide service to you based upon the color of your skin. Simply put... no thank you, no recommendation from you needed, and no response required. The facts speak for themselves and to be honest, you did me a favor. I don’t want to spend my money or trust my appearance to a business that services are provided based upon the color of a person’s skin. For the record, I recently moved here and received laser hair removal for years at my prior location and that business serviced ALL!

I had purchased the 3 IPL deal on groupon and I have had Two IPL's done within the last 2 months with no results when normally, I get one IPL a year and have clear skin until my next appointment. Not a spot or scar was even lifted much less removed. The staff here is SUPERRR sweet and super nice but the IPL laser machine is nothinggg compared to what I'm used to having. Also I went in for eye filler which ended up being botched. 😭 Its horrible and is showing up on film. Theres a finger print sized hole in my face and as a model, this was my biggest nightmare. After 2 weeks of being bruised and swollen that no professional make up could cover, I confidently headed back for a follow up appointment, because I had been informed at the INITIAL filler appointment that if there was anything I didn't like, that it would be smoothed out and filled for FREE. Like don't worry, right!? After arriving at my follow up appointment, I was told that my problem was LACK of filler and that if I wanted the hole filled that I would need to purchase more filler. I literally busted out laughing and said Well maybe you shouldn't have been looking for other areas to use up the rest of the filler if there was a chance that there would be a hole in my cheek!! .I left really disappointed and still have another IPL laser appointment but I'm going to try to have the hole in my face fixed while in California. It went from great bedside manner to Good luck with that really quick. ***Update: Now they're denying that they I ejected the eye filler around my mouth and the corners.😂 They can't even keep track of where they put the filters at this office!!! And they want my pictures to be released, after I've had the work fixed which they shouldn't get credit for. Just wow. The doctor TOLD me, if there is anything weird or that you don't like, I'll just fix it up, no charge, so being a hole in my cheek is weird, I thought he would fix it. I drove all the way out there and he acted annoyed I even came back for the something. Sorry your medical records aren't accurate and sorry your IPL laser machine is inadequate, but I get one IPL laser once a year, not 5 for results. I had 2 with you and got nothing. I spent 1000 dollars at your office and you have the NERVE to say negative reviews are threats for free service???? NOW on top of apologizing to me for being incorrect on your findings, wasting my time, not telling me the price of the belotera bf service, not using the calendula as promised by the nurse to reduce bruising, and lying to me about free touch up, now you're trying to lie ABOUT me and where my product was wasted?? Which even the SD doctor I had fix it said LEFT me with the hole you wanted me to pay for? 😂Your reply honestly showed exactly why I wrote a negative review. Your office is unorganized, your service is subpar, and your follow up is a nightmare where everything is the patients fault. Love the filler in the corner of my mouth tho! Hope you can find it in your records lol.

I have had all kinds of work done including Botox, Restylane fillers, and facial treatments. They have all been done to my utmost satisfaction. His staff is great and I look forward every visit.

I purchased a laser hair removal Groupon, then I read the reviews about darker skinned people, and how they were not happy. I figured because I was caucasian I wouldn't have a problem. I had 5 treatments, and do not see anything different. I asked why and was not given any information, only to say we can turn the laser up next time. I am not dark complected at all, and it did absolutely nothing for me. I didn't finish my last treatments because why torture myself with the pain and receive no benefit. It was a complete waste of money. Also, I never saw a doctor in the place at all. Only two young girls, one out front and one who did my treatment.

They don't service medium to dark skinned people. Don't waste your time! They try to tell you in a nice way without offending you but.... If you're not white or light skinned, let it go!!
