I went in for a .5 and have also had a lip flip done by Jackie. She did an amazing job! My lips are fully healed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I get so many compliments on my lips! Her professionalism throughout the process was top notch, definitely a 10/10 experience. I am locked in for life, thanks Bella!

I showed up for an appointment today- the door is locked and the lights are off. No one is answering the door. I received no notice of the office closure. I will update if I get charged a no-show fee.

After going here after several different services I am disappointed in the communication and customer service. I am disappointed in a specific situation and have yet to get a call back (which seems to be on purpose). Do not get laser done here.

Irma has been so beautiful-hearted, kind and helpful. My daughter broke her nose in a minor way at some point, and isn’t an age or expense to cover for a surgery to fix the bump it caused. However she was very self conscious, was made fun of, so it got to her. So we decided getting a little bit of filler was a much better solution, and she babysat and all last summer to pay for it . Irma fixed it for her, and went slow and filled it multiple times to keep her age in mind. It made an incredible difference in her confidence. Life-changing, actually. I’d definitely recommend Bella Med Spa. Some things we love with, minor things, and it’s amazing what can be done to help, that don’t involve surgery, and services for healthy skin and to keep one’s glow.

More than amazing! Decided to go & gift my Tx to myself for my vet nursing license. GO SEE IRMA!!!! She did such a wonderful job with my NSNJ & half syringe for lips. From the beginning to the touch ups she always asked how I felt about it & what could be done to improve it. She is so attentive to your needs and how she can help make you more satisfied/ love your results. 🩷 100% recommend. Irma & front desk ladies always had a positive attitude and make you feel welcome / answer your questions. Edit: red on nose is from injections (healing)

This is my first time at Bella medspa and I was happy with my experience. Staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Vanessa did my lips and Botox. I’m definitely coming back.

I fly from new orleans to dallas just for nurse jenn and @dallasbeautynurse to do my lips! Their technique is truly unmatched. I don't have to revisit for another 12 months bc their fillers actually LAST no touch up needed! then I booked a lymphatic chin massage with lux and it was AMAZING. I literally felt HIGH afterwards from ridding all the toxins. It was VERY relaxing. The $300 dollar hydrofacial was...not relaxing because the extractions were painful for me BUT NECESSARY. She really cleansed my pores and my skin looks noticeably better. Make sure you ask for dental block to help with lip filler pain. It makes a difference especially if you have a low pain tolerance.

Highly recommend Andy Cantu for your post op massage needs. Andy is an RN with wonderful bedside manner. Her vast knowledge makes the whole experience much less stressful and puts you at ease. Working with Andy you will have someone to help guide you along your journey. She will provide guidance on questions that you can ask your surgeon at post op check ups, so that you can be well informed and prepared, which really helps! You will not only look great after her massages but feel fantastic! Her positive vibes go along way! She is very uplifting and her passion for what she does really shows. She takes pride in her work and you will not be disappointed.

My friends and I went to go see Nursebae Jenn, for lip filler! This is my third time seeing her, and she always provides an excellent service and a beautiful lip! She is amazing at her craft, and always honest. You can always trust that she will never let you leave her office disfigured. She is very knowledgeable and will make sure to answer any question you have. I always leave with beautiful plump lips and my friends love theirs as well! I would never refer anyone anywhere else for aesthetic procedures! She is also very kind, if you need any type of aesthetic procedures done Bella Medspa is the place you want to go! No need to look anywhere else! The 5 star reviews speak to their excellence!

Shan was AMAZING! She was very informative and kind. The results of the botox and prp tx are phenomenal and better than what I expected! I saw immediate results and can't wait to see how it looks after a few days. My only critique is the receptionists aren't very friendly or helpful. They are your first line of contact and first impressions can make or break an experience. This was my first time here so I was a bit anxious. A friendly smile and greeting and an explanation of the paperwork you need to fill out on your phone that you can't really see would have been helpful. Also, I was having trouble checking out on my phone. I asked if y'all took care credit and the receptionist said yes. After a couple of times of receiving error messages and having to restart, I paid with another card. When I kept saying I was having problems, i was offered no assistance. People may not remember exactly what you said but they WILL remember how you made them FEEL. You'll be amazed what a friendly smile will do. Again, Shan was AWESOME and I WILL be back!

First time getting lip filler and unfortunately last time. I thought that seeing a registered nurse was safer and for that reason I felt comfortable trying something new, I did not receive the care I was hoping I would. I experienced horrible care from Bella diagnostics when I was in distress about my situation. I experienced numbness and paleness in my lips which led me to believe I might have possible vascular occlusion so I tried to contact Bella diagnostics to ask for advice and reassurance, unfortunately they were not responsive (even though they said I could text or call anytime) so I contacted a nurse hotline who advised me to go to the ER, they couldn’t do anything for me as they did not have any type of dissolver and I eventually had to be seen by a plastic surgeon the next day to get it dissolved to prevent potential permanent damage. Before seeing the surgeon I contacted Bella diagnostics again and they refused to take me seriously and continuously brushed me off telling me nothing was wrong even after I told them you couldn’t see through pictures and I needed to be seen in person. After having been gaslit about my situation I took it upon myself to see an actual plastic surgeon whom confirmed that there was paleness and unevenness (which were signs of lack of blood flow and bad reaction to filler) and they dissolved it for me to prevent any damage. It wasn’t until the day after that Bella diagnostics reached out and said they could see me, this is after I spent hundreds of dollars finding help elsewhere. Thats on top of the bill I will have to pay for going to the emergency room which will also be hundreds of dollars. When I called to ask for my money back (which is the least they could do) they acted like they would if I could provide proof that I had to get it dissolved, which I did, and I never heard back from them. I’ve had such a horrible experience with them and now I’ve completely lost any interest I had of exploring lip filler because of the bad experience I had with them. Someone’s health isn’t just something that should be taken lightly and made feel insignificant. I am beyond devastated about how they handled this situation and the amount of money I have lost because of their lack of care. Luckily I am fine now, but the stress I went through plus the amount of debt that this situation put me in is completely unacceptable. I hope Bella Diagnostics learns from this, finds a way to make it right, and takes better care of their customers. For anyone who is interested in getting fillers they are better off seeing an actual professional such as a plastic surgeon, someone who specializes and has the knowledge and experience with procedures as serious as these, since there are risks, some of them irreversible, and especially has the availability to see a client when they’re in distress. The state of Texas legally allows anyone to become licensed in doing fillers and frankly they shouldn’t with something that can potentially ruin someone’s life. Frustrated at spending $300+ for a luxury service without the experience. My specialist for my facial was very sweet and my skin is glowing, but had no privacy. Someone was getting a Facial right next to me. The receptionist desk was behind a curtain a few feet away, hearing every conversation and someone watching TikTok videos. Other guests and their specialists walking past me loudly talking and other professionals having conversations while I'm trying to relax during the service. The music was interrupted every few moments with ads... Nothing states any of these things while booking your appointment. Just disappointed as it came highly recommended by a friend.

I went for a facial and unfortunately the service was great but the experience wasn’t. The esthetician was really nice and my skin was great. BUT I was trying to relax and it’s not a private room so I heard other peoples conversations (another person getting a facial next to me and the receptionists), you can hear people walking in and out and the toilet flushing. The music station had ads so it’s hard to relax when you hear a taco bell commercial instead of spa music. Sad I paid $200 for that.

First time at Bella MedSpa during their annual toy drive. As soon as you walk in the office, you are greeted with a smile by their professional team. The office is really pretty and aesthetic. I am very happy with my results( lip filer). I would definitely recommend this place any friends and family.

I got my lips done for the first time ever with nurse Jenn! My experience was so great. She explained everything before i could even ask any questions. I got pretty nervous and she helped me feel super comfortable and calm to continue my appointment. Overall im so happy with my results! I feel extra confident and would highly recommend!

It never fails that I always receive amazing customer service anytime I stop at Bella Med Spa. It is also so cute and girly! I did a lip flip along with botox with Nurse bae Jenn. She is not only super knowledgeable but will be honest about what is recommended as each client has very different features and goals. I have received so many compliments on my lips & people are always shocked to learn I’ve had injections done. That’s how fantastic her work is!! My experience with Bella Medspa was amazing I would definitely recommend them to any one who is in search for lip fillers very professional & carful with their patients . I was pretty nervous because it was my first time didn’t know what to expect but after my nurse Jenn came in and explained process how each step work made me 10x more confident in my process. I received full syringe & I absolutely love my results! No bruising on my experience, pain is a 2 for me, everyone else is different definitely coming back for syringe 2 🙌🏻
