Mary did my nails they were perfect! Not a flaw! The owner did my pedicure and I about went to sleep ! Everything about the service was quick and easy!!! My new go to spot!

Mary was fantastic!! I was in town for the weekend and was looking for a nail place near the Coliseum. I called about a walk-in on a Friday afternoon. The girl told me I could come now. I was greeted nicely and felt instantly welcomed. I asked for the spa pedicure and decided to add a gel mani as well. My girl Mary was such a joy, and I appreciated her attention to detail. My nails look flawless, clean, and smooth. I sparked a conversation and she was happy to talk to me throughout my visit. Everyone in there was so friendly, and even though they spoke Vietnamese (I think) here and there, I never felt judged or talked about like you often do at other places. I was in and out in 1.5 hours and I will definitely be back whenever I'm in Greensboro again!

Be prepared to wait...especially if you want brows or certain types of nails because only a few people do them, well. It's best to have an appointment. Overall, I've only had one bad nail job and my brows are usually done ok...I just hate the wait time... Wednesday, 9/20 @ 5:43PM...doors are locked...

I went to go get my eyebrows done and they messed up my shape. They made my eyebrows two different shapes. One of them is much thinner than the other and ends higher up. I will not be coming back.

I will never stop coming here even when I’m dead. I love the staff and atmosphere and my nails are always incredible. Mary is the best and I can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been going here for almost a year and I was extremely disappointed about the way my nails turned out this time. I asked for a matte pink coffin shape and the woman put my left index nail on crooked and I asked her to fix it and you will see in the photo how it was not fixed very well. Also, she did a horrible job with the dip powder, it is uneven and my thumbs having hills and dips on them. I asked her to make them a little more even and smoother across and she put another layer of regular nail polish on as if that was going to fill in the dips??? I paid $65 for this service and I’m so upset because I have my formal tomorrow and my nails are ruined.

Do Not waste your time here. I came in they told me it would be a 15 mini wait I said okay I will wait but I’m kind of in a rush. I waited 45 minutes then they said they were booked with appointments after I had sat out here waiting. They are racist and allowed 3 white people to go ahead of me!!! I will not be returning

I called to see if they took walk-ins. I was told they didn't have enough workers for that then was told to come in at 12:30. I get there and had a small wait; not more than 15 minutes. The water was ran for my pedicure. I go to the back, put my feet in and the water was cold. I had to wait for the lady to drain the water and set up the basin (all over again) because she couldn't add hot water. I've been getting pedicures for over 20 years and this was the first time anyone cut my nails too low and not file them even. Normally if I get a "cotton candy colored" French manicure, they use a white base so the color pops. They didn't do that, so I told her not to add the white line because you could barely see the color. On top of that...somebody's hair is stuck in my polish. It's black hair (see picture)..my hair is permanently dyed dark red. I gave her a tip because my manners wouldn't let me walk out without doing so...but, I don't know why anyone would give this place more than 2 stars...needless to say, I won't be going back.

I have literally been going here since 2019 and never had a problem until this week. First I want to start by saying I got a gel manicure done Monday, and some of my nails started missing the paint the next day. Then I went back to get it fixed and instead of fixing them all they only fixed the ones that the paint fell off of, so now the old ones are coming off. Next I want to start by saying the lady who waxed me literally either burned my skin or waxed my skin off. I have a huge mark on my face that I noticed the day after I got my eyebrows waxed. Honestly I’m just disappointed

The last review that claims she waited and was not seen and that they are racist and three white people were seen before her is a lie, I was there. She was told 1 hour then stated she was going to wal mart and then came back and wanted to know why other people (who all had appointments) were seen before her and stated she had been waiting in her car. Also I was the ONLY WHITE CUSTOMER in there for the 2.5 hours I was there, so there were no white people who they put before her, literally all the other customers were black. I know the staff personally as I have been a loyal customer for 15 years now and not only are they great nail technicians but they are great people. They do their best to accommodate everyone that comes in but some services take longer than others, and appointments take president. I get being mad about not being seen in a timely matter but lying about their character is just rude! I love them and will continue to recommend them to my friends and others.

We were greeted the moment we walked in the door with smiling faces. The atmosphere was Awesome playing KLove music. It was exceptionally clean and smelled refreshing. Sherry's nail technician Mary, was very good and peculiar about the details of her work.

Went to Bella's for the first time a couple of weeks ago for a pedicure. Everyone was friendly and the place was very clean. Very happy with my pedicure and will definitely.be back.

This was my first time getting my nails done here. I finally decided to get a pedicure. I was quickly seated, and she got straight to work. It was quite soothing. My pedicure looked great, and the environment was calm and tidy. I would come again. The personnel were also quite kind and accommodating.
