I found this place to be extremely frustrating. First, the receptionist was highly unorganized and not truthful about wait times. I had an appointment at 12 o’clock with my daughter. We arrived a bit early, and the receptionist assured us that we’d be taken back soon. However, 20 minutes after our scheduled time, she continued to say, “just five more minutes,” over and over, with no end in sight. It would have been far more helpful if she had been realistic about the delay. If I’d known the actual wait time, I could have run errands or done other things instead of sitting there, feeling increasingly frustrated. The whole experience felt completely disorganized, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

i’m not sure who the very short woman with the short red bob is but she’s very rude. she didn’t know i understood her vietnamese and she was mocking me like a child after i asked my tech (not even her!) if we could change the color after doing the first coat (something my tech was very willing to do!). my tech only reached out to her to help her find the new color. she was being very short and impatient with me for some reason. not sure who peed in her cereal that day but it was a turn off. i liked bella nails but won’t be coming back.

I came and has a walk in and ask them if they could do a gel manicure and pedicure. They told me please wait 20 minutes I said that was fine. After 35 minutes a woman came to me and started laughing in my face as she was telling me that she just randomly forgot that she had a group of people coming in and to come back another day no apology it was just very funny that she put me to wait 35 minutes for absolutely nothing

This isn’t for me, this is for my mom. I don’t know what the lady doing her nails name was, but she kept slamming my mom’s hand into the table. 1, 2, 3 times all because THEY didn’t have the color she was asking for. She just chose another color and they seemed upset that she still wanted to get her nails done. Okay?? Don’t be upset that she’s PAYING and TIPPING a service YOU are hired for providing. Don’t come here. That lady was passive aggressive, impatient, and miserable. Never coming here again.

Oh my gosh, Dan absolutely nailed it with my nails! I totally love the way he was able to pay so much attention to detail. Definitely recommend, without doubt. Also, this design was hand painted. No stencil!!

Great clean salon, wonderful Covid practices initially but unfortunately not enforcing guests to wear masks anymore but have protective plexiglass in between each customer and technician. Clean stations thoroughly between each customer, reasonable prices and array of services and nail colors. Have gone for several years! Update 3/22: Returned and all customers were wearing masks and they continue to practice the same Covid protocols listed above. Always an enjoyable and relaxing experience! Update 7/22, no longer have the plexiglass between customers 😕 but service still good overall 3/23: Still my favorite place still for mani and pedi 6/23: My boyfriend and I really enjoy coming here

I drive an hour every three weeks or so to visit this salon...because they're worth it. Friendly, welcoming and meticulous in their work. Highly reccomend.

I had the pedicure with all the options and it was divine, the best I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot, all across the country). Just visiting my son, and I’ll come back whenever I visit. The shop is clean , the staff both professional and friendly, the milieu pleasant and relaxing. I give this my highest recommendation!

I usually come here to do a refill, pedicure, and manicure. This time was the worse experience I have had. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment then I was waiting for almost 20 unit.

I’ve been coming to Bella for the past year and I always have great experiences. All of the techs are friendly and accommodating (always stay late for the after work crowd) and the manager greets every customer by name (it’s impressive!). The shop is clean and they have a great selection of customers. I would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I have been going here for almost two years. They do a wonderful job and are very friendly. My husband usually sees Amy and he loves her. She gives the best pedicures. I usually see Mai or Jenny and am always satisfied with both. Mai understands that I have ingrown nail issues in my toes and always addresses them. Jenny knows i'm SUPER picky about my shape and always takes her time.

The ladies were lovely. I came with my cousin as she wanted a full set and pedicure. The technicians were professional and very pleasant. My cousin was impressed with the attention to detail and insists I join her next time, if not at least for the complementary water.

The staff were all amazing and patient. I am an indecisive person but they made me feel welcome and were so patient with me. Even tho they were busy they all did amazing work with great customer service. I been going to this place for years and more to come.

We have been here twice, first time being great. This time, my technician cut so deeply into my cuticle and surrounding nail that it bled. Within 24 hours my big toe became infected, making it difficult to walk. They didn’t apologize or own up to their mistake. My big toe was red and I needed to rest which was a disappointment because I was planning to walk around DC the following days. The pedicure was pretty good until this point, but I don’t want to pay for a service that ends up costing my health or plans. Probably won’t return due to this.

I’ve been to Bella nails multiple times and honestly it’s a hit or miss. Lately it’s been a miss. I’ve been going there because it’s close to my house but at this point I’m okay traveling to further nail salons to get better quality. Everytime I’ve gone I feel like they’re rushing me out. I got a gel manicure last week and it’s already chipping. It looks like they over book people and then they start rushing. Sadly, I do not recommend this place :(

Walked in one day and was able to get a gel manicure with very little wait time. Very lovely staff, they give you a little water bottle which is very nice. Very clean. I was very happy with my manicure and experience. Just remember to bring cash for tip
